In many previous matches, Al-Hilal looked flawless and dominant, their goal differential truly convinced everyone that they were the strongest contenders to win the title this season. I had even previously praised their strong defense, it was extremely difficult for opponents to break through and score. Coupled with their sharp offense, this further reinforces that belief. But in the match against Neom, their defense was completely dismantled, in fact, one of the goals scored was an own goal by Kalidou. I thought only Al-Nassr had put in a disappointing performance against Ittihad, but it turns out Al-Hilal played even worse.

However, i also think that for a bad match you shouldn't dismiss everything as one. Now there was a drop in concentration on the part of the whole team which meant that the opponents managed to take the lead and even double it, taking home the victory. But we shouldn't think that a bad performance could lead to an equally bad period.

Al Nassr’s victory has made the Saudi Pro League a tight race right from the start of the season. I don’t think many people are big fans of the Saudi Pro League; it’s just that the presence of Ronaldo and other players who have played for top clubs in European leagues has made the betting market more lively.
Al Nassr’s win has merely brought their point total level with Al Hilal’s. Both teams have the same number of wins, draws, and losses. The only difference lies in the number of goals scored and the number of goals conceded.

I am really impressed with how improved and competitive the league has become and it started ever since Ronaldo joined. It has made the league more interesting now and it's why we have seen several teams moving to challenge for the title but I don't think all of them will be able to maintain their performance till the end. Currently 4-5 teams are already in the race but I don't think many will survive for long. Surely the race is still between Al Hilal and Al Nassr and may be Al Qadisiya might trail them but we can't still say for sure which team will be able to challenge them. I think it will be a tight race this time around, I just wish Ronaldo can win it again this time around.

Al Nassr is having a good season like other teams, when the season starts, i thought Al Hilal is the favourite to win the league because of the signing they made and no any club in the have spent more than them, but their last game make me understand that they are not good as i thought, and they can be defeated by any opponent, Al Nassr is also part of the team that can win the league and with the way they are playing and gives all their best in the field, i believe they can win a trophy.

Scoring 1,000 goals is not what Ronaldo fans should be worried about, because Ronaldo is going to score the 1,000 goals, he only need 21 goals to break the record, he has scored 979 goals, and he look hungry for scoring more goals, but Ronaldo should also win more trophies with Al Nassr before he retired, that will make him more recognise than ever in the club.

Yeah right, that 2-1 scoreline sure did make it look uncomfortable than it should have been, especially against a team like Abha.

But on the brighter side though, Al nassr seem to have now matched River-Plate’s 93 match scoring record so i believe their next match could give them an opportunity to stay on top of the SPL if they can pull through which I’m sure they will.

I’ve seen some sources mention a 96-match streak for River Plate, but that seems to cover all competitions, if we consider only the national championship, then yes, 93 is the record. It’s interesting that River Plate set this record back in the 1930s, and now, more than 90 years later, Al Nassr has matched it and is poised to surpass it.

Besides Al Hilal was in second place last season with 84 points but if this team could have given their best performance in today's match at home and were much stronger in attack then maybe they would have been able to win this game against Neom. In fact Al Hilal team had a lot of depth as they had former Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli in their team and other top players but they could not win. So we can assume that it will be difficult for the top clubs to win the SPL title this season.

Al Hilal played an embarrassing match to say the least given the characteristics of their team and the strength of their squad. However, it can be understood that a team that has played very well in five games can have a decline, or in any case a game that could go badly, as happened to Al Hilal.

Al Nassr can win the championship the season even though they didn't buy players.Since they haven't sold any of their key players, they can win it back to back.. Al Nassr has quality players which is why they were able to win the championship last season, Al-Hilal may be leading the table but it's only temporary because Al Nassr will win their next match and will move ahead of them at the top of the table, thought Al-Hilal performance has been great, Al Nassr will defend their title as champions.

In fact, i am of the opinion that Al Nasr remained with last year's team, without too many subs or too many signings. They had a decidedly poor transfer market, which however neither improved nor worsened the situation and considering that last year they won the championship with this team, i don't see why the squad should be considered disadvantaged compared to last year.

Al Nasr signed Portuguese midfielder Samú Costa during the summer transfer window. The club did not feel the need to add any more players. The players are performing better, capitalizing on the experience and success of last season, and will likely be able to continue that trend in the upcoming matches. Al Nasr fell a little behind after losing 2-1 to Al-Ittihad, but the team is almost at the top after winning the last match against Abha Club and adding 3 full points. I saw that header yesterday night and immediately had a quick glance at the recently ended Fifa world cup tournament and how these Portuguese players created little or no chances for him to shoot a short or score goals. Asides that, the midfield trio of Bruno Fernandes, Vitinha and Co didn't do enough. We're seeing that we the constant chances creation for him with Al Nassr. Shocking result this wasn't expected at least not yet. Al Hilal didn't lose against Al Nassr or Al Litthad or even Al Ahli but they lost to Neom, Neon before the match had only scored seven goals in five matches for that reason I wasn't expecting them to score up to two goals let alone winning against Al Hilal. It was a good game by Al Nassr today, even though we expected more goals in the game, they played really well and should have scored more, we even saw Ronaldo hitting the side post after scoring a beautiful header. Getting all 3 points was really important for Al Nassr and they got the job done.

Reaching the 1,000-goal milestone seems very close for Cristiano Ronaldo in his professional career. And that one valuable goal Ronaldo scored during Al Nassr’s match against Abha was more than just a good goal. But it was also spectacular considering that without it then the match would most likely have ended in a draw. What’s really funny is B*** F***s, we know his quality and performance are usually outstanding, but when he plays with Cristiano Ronaldo, he sometimes even looks like a player who lacks talent. But well, that’s just an assumption because we’ll never know the real situation. it’s also possible that they simply lacked confidence at the time. Because there are also some players who do face pressure from netizens on social media. And, well, that can also affect their mindset while playing.

I would have been surprised by how the world at large is paying attention to the Saudi professional league now.  but I am not, because it’s a Ronaldo something, that’s what we call influence, and only one or two players in the world could do this. And that’s the reason I also consider him as my GOAT. Ronaldo joining the league was the best thing to happen to the Saudi league, before now, players from European league would prefer to finish their careers at either China league or MLS but after Ronaldo joined the league it brought many other player like mane, Kareem benzema, ngolo kante and many other that ordinary wouldn’t have thought about playing in that league and that really improved each team’s performance in the league and making the competition an exiting one to watch. I too would be very much happy to see Ronaldo win the league honestly.
