I like Ronaldo a lot, his an incredible player and has beaten records that no one expected, for the national team, without any doubt his the greatest player from Portugal. But let's face it, Ronaldo should have retired after the world cup ended, he has helped Portugal to achieve three trophies for the first time in their history. His old and tired, give space for the upcoming players to play. There is nothing to prove anymore to anybody. Chase your one thousand goals in Al Nassr and leave the national team alone. This might not go down well with some of his fans but it's the truth, he should have retired and save himself this current embarrassment.
People sometimes forget that Cristiano Ronaldo's passion to represent Portugal even to this day isn't because he wants to win more trophies with them but because of his love for the country and the fulfillment that comes with wearing that badge. He's won it all, Portugal before Cristiano was a just an average football nation with no international trophies but he can and changed their international football status. Even after the recent disrespect, he seems to still be interested in returning to playing for Portugal again. I honestly want him to reach that 1k career goals so he can retire by the end of the season.

Ronaldo's goal is just what almost everyone wants to see right now. The whole thing is no longer about supporting the regular league points or some domestic rivalries. All that matters now is the historic countdown to a thousand career goals so any single goal from this point up until he hits that mark definitely counts. At this time where so many choas surround his name on the media space, every goal is a perfect answer to all his critics. It doesn't matter what position or decision he has taken regarding is national participation on Portugal squad, as it stands the entire footballing world is fully tuned in to just watch him chase that unbelievable record.
Yes, the countdown is for his 1000th goal, which he'll surely reach. Now Portugal is debating whether they want CR7's supposed punishment to be just one month. They want him to score his 1000th goal with the national team. I don't know if he deserves it or not. I'd like him to do it in a competition where Jorge Jesus actually values him, or they should fire Jorge Jesus. In the end, he's just another coach, CR7 isn't. Rivalries will always be what everyone enjoys most. In fact, I thought Real Madrid was going to sign CR7 for a season so he could finish his career, but it didn't happen. It's a shame.

But at a time when he has been the victim of a bad decision by his own national team manager, Jorge Jesus should either publicly apologize or be fired t. Ronaldo's feat should be a special day for world football and the whole world should look at it with respect. Not only for Ronaldo's own national team, he is an inspiration and deserves the highest honor for the whole world. His contract with Al-Nassr expires in 2027 and he is not signing a new contract anywhere else. We may know about Ronaldo's next decision before his term ends.

He needs to score 20 more goals to achieve this milestone. CR7's total number of goals, including all his goals for the national team and international club football, is 980, which is very close to his milestone. So it is not yet certain whether he will really achieve it or not. Because 20 goals is not less and another thing to consider with his age and performance is opportunity, because it is difficult to get new opportunities at his age, especially in a reputable club.

During the match between al Nassr and Al Draih, Al Nassr won 0-3, and Ronaldo scored one goal Unfortunately, the referee disallowed one goal due to offside. If it hadn't been for the offside, Ronaldo would have scored two goals in total However, my favorite goal in that match was Coman, who carried the ball well, resulting in a 1-on-1 duel between Coman and the Al Draih goalkeeper, which resulted in Coman scoring a goal against Al Draih I'm actually not satisfied with the score of the Al Nassr vs Al Draih match because I remember al Nassr creating many opportunities, but Al Nassr players couldn't capitalize on all of them. Do you share my thoughts?
Ronaldo has now scored 980 goals, heading towards 1,000 goals. Do you think Ronaldo will be able to score another 20 goals this season? Later, Al nassr will face FC Neftchi Fergana in the LCA I think the match will be exciting Who do you think will win the match? In my opinion, Al Nassr has the greatest potential to win

I think it is possible for Ronaldo to score another 20 goal. However it wouldn't be right to take that for granted. We cannot simply look at his finishing ability here. Minutes played, injury risk, team's attacking output and penalty opportunity are also important factor. Another point is that if we place too much emphasis on 1000 goal milestone then it might seem unexpected if Ronaldo fail to score in any given match. But football doesn't work that way. Even an elite striker can fail to score in few match despite getting good chance. Instead, I would focus on his goal per 90 minute over entire season and number of match he is able to play regularly.

Everyone love their country, and everyone will like to represent their country, but at some point you should know that you should step down from doing some things. Ronaldo is already old, and he should have hanged his boot already, I know Ronaldo has passion for football, and he wants to represent his country, but it’s high time he hang his boot. He should know that he can’t keep on playing for his country, so he should just stop when he is still respected. Even after the recent disrespect, he seems to still be interested in returning to playing for Portugal again. I honestly want him to reach that 1k career goals so he can retire by the end of the season.
Honestly it’s high time Ronaldo stops playing football, he has just being disrespected, and he still wants to go back playing for the country, he should just hang his boot and rest, trying to achieve 1k career goals might not make things end well for him, everyone respects him now, and he is a legend, so he should just hang his boot, trying to achieve 1k goal carrier might make more people disrespect him.

He's won it all, Portugal before Cristiano was a just an average football nation with no international trophies but he can and changed their international football status. I do agree that Cristiano Ronaldo has won everything that he needs to win with the national team, and he definitely elevated the team to new glory. And yes, they were not an average team, but when I started watching Portugal, I was a big fan of Luís Figo and Rui Costa, and it is true they could not achieve anything with the national team. Even after the recent disrespect, he seems to still be interested in returning to playing for Portugal again. I honestly want him to reach that 1k career goals so he can retire by the end of the season. The rift between the coach and Ronaldo has become public, and if he is still willing to play, it just shows his passion to play for the national team because he does not need to prove anything. Regarding the thousand goals, he could definitely achieve that milestone with his club by the end of the season.

He can't hang boot mid ways, his contract at Al Nassir ends next year, after that, It'll be thoughtful of him to quit professional football, he's aged, and easily angered over little outcomes that didn't go his way. Come to think of it, his national team won all of their recent matches at his absence. The question now asked, could he be demoralizing the boys or his team mates hardly find a way to collaborate with him in the pitch? Considering the age gap and the behavioral attitude that goes with athletes with age advancement, Ronaldo is better off ending his career, than feeling like he's the same 25 year old legend.

I don’t think the idea of him returning to Madrid would have been a good decision because he has already done it for Madrid and have kept so many records there so he needs to move on to new chapters. Madrid is a big Club and have so many young talents to write their own stories so they can’t buy the idea of bringing back Cristiano to the club. Instead I would’ve love to see him returning back to Portugal in sporting where he started his career. I was actually hoping to see him returning to his boyhood club and get his 1000th goal record there and finish his career there, it would be a very happy ending.

How did he win it all when Portugal hasn't won the World Cup? Respect to Ronaldo, we hold his teammates accountable for why they didn't win the World Cup, after reaching the semi-finals in 2006 and the quarter-finals in 2022, it becomes something else, as he alone cannot win it for the country. It's so bad that Portugal produced one of the greatest, and within that period, they couldn't win the World Cup, since his era is coming to an end, I really care to know where Portugal will finish in the coming World Cup, Ronaldo should have been a motivation for the rest of the players.

Personally I don't think CR7 should waste any more of his sweat on that ungrateful national team that had the guts to treat him like a big burden to the progress of the team. Jorge Jesus was very clear when he made his stance by saying he was more focused on building a collective team bonding rather than a platform for single superstar. I don't see any tangible reason why CR7 should give a f*ck about the one month suspension or even try to please the toxic media space that always tries to discredit or insult him at any given opportunity. He should just stay back at Al-Nassr to achieve his legendary 1,000 career goals milestone, they treat him like a king in saudi and he has up to 2027 before his contract runs out.

His status allows him wherever he goes to succeed, he has become a legend for his records, for his lifestyle and he has also taken the Saudi Championship to a higher level, not for his footballing skills, but for the name he bears. This also brought out the Saudi league, which plays quality football but has not had as much following as in recent years. I've started following a few matches too, which until recently I wasn't following at all. I've changed my mind about this Championship. In reality, I haven't opened up about betting in this championship yet, but I'm tempted to focus at least for a while to see what I do.

So even if he returns to the national team after solving the problem, he will only be a burden to the team. He has already lost the strength to fight in the national team, his age may not support him returning to the national team. He should announce his retirement after fulfilling his goals in Al Nasr and retire from the national team with honor. Because he has already achieved everything he could have achieved. He has nothing more to achieve in the national team, so it would be a good decision to retire with honor. We have to accept the reality, he has lost some of his honor because of emotional decisions.

Well it wouldn’t be too long for him to achieve that, considering the kind of League he is playing at his age, your statement about saying Ronaldo is the best player on earth is something that is laughable, I saw his interview circulating on the internet, where he also said he is the best player in the World, Bro, self proclaimed world best is something that I don’t understand, how can you be a World best when you’ve never won the FIFA World Cup, Ronaldo should win the World Cup so we can put him in the conversation of a World Best Players. Ronaldo shouldn’t be allowed back into the Portuguese Team, the best thing for Ronaldo is to retire from International Football like Messi did, he has to give space for younger players, well he can stay with the team as a coaching crew but not as a regular player, My advice to Ronaldo is that he shouldn’t make himself available for selection, Bro, he should retire from International Football.

But let's face it, Ronaldo should have retired after the world cup ended, he has helped Portugal to achieve three trophies for the first time in their history. This might not go down well with some of his fans but it's the truth, he should have retired and save himself this current embarrassment.
Yes, in your opinion, Ronaldo's decision may seem shameful, but in my opinion, it is a protest for Jorge Jesus. Because he could not keep his word. As he said, he forbade Ronaldo to retire from the national team, and later he could not keep his promise, so Ronaldo was forced to do so. He himself said that it was not right for him to do this, since he was the victim of his mistake, so in my opinion, it is not shameful. And even at his age, Ronaldo is leaving this message for the next generation of football generation that age is just a number. You may have noticed that Ronaldo is still fit, looking at his style of play, it cannot be understood that he is old. One of the best things is that he has not learned to accept defeat, he has not learned to accept defeat, and because he has not learned to accept defeat, he is still running towards the goal of completing 1000 goals. I understand Ronaldo in that aspect of walking out, I'm not blaming him for walking out, truth is his one of the biggest players in the world, you don't do certain things to players in this stage, they have earned their place and can't be treated like ordinary players. My main point was on Ronaldo still in the team, I don't want to dwell on the rumours that has been going on for years about his teammates not liking him and of the truth, this rumour is true to an extent. Ronaldo should have shut the doors after the world cup and retire, his not playing for any other thing to be achieved in the team, i know he loves Portugal but he can still show his love for his country in other ways and not directly on the field.

He may reach this goal this season. He is about to achieve a feat that no one has ever achieved before. Portugal may be forgetting Ronaldo's contribution which is why they are treating Ronaldo like this at the end of his career. They took Ronaldo into the team and of course they had to include Ronaldo in the starting eleven but they didn't do that instead they kept Ronaldo in the team for two consecutive matches due to which Ronaldo was forced to leave because it was quite humiliating for him. Earlier too, his teammates have been seen making very condescending comments about Ronaldo which was extremely ungrateful and disrespectful towards Ronaldo. Ronaldo is a legendary player and the Portuguese players must expect a nice farewell from the coaching staff and the Portuguese fans. One thing that I find most annoying is that as soon as Ronaldo left the camp, they gave his iconic jersey number to another player, meaning that the Portuguese manager didn't even have to think for a day about changing the jersey number of a player of such great stature who has played in this jersey for so long.

This year's World Cup they had a realistic chance of winning, as they had good players in the team unlike in the past, but the problem was that their tactics failed big time. If you watched the matches, you would know just how few times Ronaldo got the ball during entire games. Even at 41, Ronaldo could still score inside the box if the midfield or the wingers actually got the ball to him—which never happened. Before Ronaldo, Portugal never won any international titles, even though they had great players like Eusébio, Luís Figo, or Rui Costa. During Ronaldo's era, they won the Nations League twice and the Euro Cup.

I don't want him to return to the national team, his need in the national team has already ended, as shown by Jorge Jesus' behavior. He is going through a bit of a bad time and he is not in form at the moment so everyone thinks so. But is Ronaldo really that weak and is he really a burden for the team now? I don't think Ronaldo is a burden for the team, rather Ronaldo is a skilled player and he still has the ability to play parallel to all the other players in the team and he is physically as strong as all the other players in the team. We can clearly see that Ronaldo does not have a good relationship with all the other players in his team and even when there is space, Ronaldo is not given the ball. If we see all this fixed, don't you think Ronaldo will be able to perform like before?
