Also, will this no restrictions be applied to all scenarios or will you restrict gamblers if there are suspicions of illegal activity? The law enforcement authorities will close you down, if you look the other way when people are using your site for criminal activities. (Money laundering)
I agree with this because if in the future there are unwanted problems such as users laundering money from the proceeds of embezzlement or other crimes then indirectly the casino will also be dragged into the case and even worse if certain authorities will closed the casino suddenly and in the end all the customers who were there also suffered a loss because their funds were still in the casino's wallet.
It would be better if the OP could provide a clear and definite response on this as it concerns the safety and comfort of future customers.

A legit casino will not freeze out the funds of their costumer especially if there's a order from government regarding on closure order and maybe they will give a timeline for users to withdraw their money. The owner eill be in jail if they do that since as stated they are monitored already for what issue they are on.

Only unregulated casino will do that so choose legit or reputable so we can avoid experiencing this problems.

freezing is normal mater as long as the site sees questionable in your account but of course with deep investigation and complete update to what is happening and if you are guilty or not.
those are the merits I believe that gambling sites usually do just to make sure their players and the team is in the correct side.
so better to expect that each time specially when you are VPN user or changing location time after time.

We hope so as you have said because this you have said has been the usual response from various casinos and their representatives here. It has not been funny though but the complaints coming here with respect to casino that do not require kyc upon registration is something else. At first they tell members no kyc then after a big win then they demand for documents and ID for verification and after that they automatically suspends members account or total ban depriving withdrawal to both deposit and win which does not make any sense. I hope this would not be the experience with your casino as time goes on.

Like I have said time and again, we do not hide behind bogus terms and conditions. We are very much straight forward on that. This is currently an Anonymous Casino platform and as such, we do not require KYC.

You emphasize this in so many of your posts but how can you keep up with this is a big question, KYC under special circumstances are being applied by casinos to check the activity of one player, big casinos demanded this to ensure that player/s is clean and he is not breaking the terms, so many members are questioning this part because we have seen how casinos in the past some not existing anymore promoting their platform as no KYC casino only to end up changing direction and eventually asking for documents, I hope after a year if you still exist you can say we are still a no KYC casino.

There are number of 100% NO KYC Casinos, some of which are members of this forum and have been here for many years and getting stronger. We are operating on similar business model and knows exactly how to go about it. That shouldn't be anyone's problem. We are non jurisdictional independent casino and the only thing that would make us to want to request for KYC is if we decided to base in certain jurisdiction. Something we are not planning to do. If in future we decided to operate from any Geo-juridiction, there are countless of No KCY friendly jurisdictions. So, leave that entirely for us.

What will be the reasons why you would ask for KYC in the future? I'm just a bit curious and would want to see the difference in some casinos that announces anonymity but would still surprise their users with a KYC requirement. Does it mean that no KYC isn't guaranteed on your site? Anyway, it wouldn't be a problem if a casino will ask for KYC because there are really instances when the casino has to protect both users and the site. It's how they keep their security protected.

freezing of customer funds due to money laundering, it doesn't mean the casino is illegal or legit. because there are casinos that have regulations if it is detected that a customer's account has funds from money laundering, it will be frozen or the account will be banned.
from these regulations it is clear, because casinos also do not want customers who have crimes with money laundering and these funds are entered into casinos and if the state seeks data on where the money was sent, of course the casino will also have its reputation threatened or even closed because it does not prohibit customers who gamble using the proceeds of crime.

so it's not entirely a matter of whether the casino is legal or not, but it's part of the rules. if the rules are violated, the customer will get a ban.

I don't believe your statement, how much maximum bonus we received?. So if (for example) I deposited $50,000, will I get an instant $150,000 bonus? If yes, that calculation is 3x. 10k > be 30k, 2k > be 6k, and etc.

Is possible to deposit under $10?

is possible if deposit Doge and withdraw bitcoin?, because we don't have the option to withdraw the doge but have it for deposit (coinbase commerce).

You have no reason not to believe the statement. If you deposit $50,000 you will receive 120% bonus on your deposit up to the equivalent of 10BTC. That's our policy. Regarding 150% bonus, that is subject to availability. If your deposit comes in today or tomorrow while the bonus offer is still available, you will get it.

Our system will not allow you proceed with any deposit less than 10$. But you can deposit less than 10USD from coinbase end. However, you need to understand that any deposit less than 10$ will not credit automatically and will be cut off from receiving bonuses.

Yes, it is possible to deposit with Doge and withdraw Bitcoin. You have the liberty to select any token of your choice at withdrawal.

Wait, are you being serious here?
You mean if I deposit $50,000, I get up to 10 BTC as a deposit bonus?
Isn't this too much?, and how will the casino handle this properly and make sure such a bonus offer does not end up being abused by users who have such an amount of money to play around with?

Will this bonus be withdrawable or is it just a visual bonus which the user can only gamble with and won't be able to withdraw, except the winnings made from playing with the bonus?

Isn't this too much?, and how will the casino handle this properly and make sure such a bonus offer does not end up being abused by users who have such an amount of money to play around with?

Will this bonus be withdrawable or is it just a visual bonus which the user can only gamble with and won't be able to withdraw, except the winnings made from playing with the bonus?

Please, read the posts correctly. The maximum Bonus we give is 10BTC which can only be obtained by depositing about 75,000 USD or more. No one says you'll get 10BTC bonus on 50k. All our bonuses and deposits has 2 wagering requirements which is very very reasonable and is among the lowest in the industry.

Thank you

There are number of 100% NO KYC Casinos, some of which are members of this forum and have been here for many years and getting stronger. We are operating on similar business model and knows exactly how to go about it. That shouldn't be anyone's problem. We are non jurisdictional independent casino and the only thing that would make us to want to request for KYC is if we decided to base in certain jurisdiction. Something we are not planning to do. If in future we decided to operate from any Geo-juridiction, there are countless of No KCY friendly jurisdictions. So, leave that entirely for us.

Feel free to sign up with us and get 120% free bonus on your deposits. https://fortune.st/

What will be the reasons why you would ask for KYC in the future?

Didn't they answer this that there is a lot of NO KYC friendly jurisdiction?  So @OP is assuring us that in the future when they decided to operate from any GEO-jurisdiction, they will make sure that it will be on a NO KYC friendly country.

I think that is what they are assuring their player that they will never ask for KYC.  Though I find it quite hard to maintain such stance since regulation on crypto casino is getting tighter each day, I think I'll take their promise and see if they will keep it that way.

Thank you for helping be emphasize the clarifications. Companies make changes in their policies time after time. Ours is never an exception but we will always try to keep the platform 100% anonymous all the time.
