This is a very interesting game but since this is not a Bitcoin-based game this is not in this section it should be in the altcoin service section, I cannot consider this a casino but a gaming tournament for gamblers, the game is easy to understand and fun to play, I hope one of the casino developers will create a game similar to this but the Cryptocurrency that will be used is Bitcoin.

Yes, every casino site should, especially casino sites that are relatively new, use some top-ranking Crypto tokens that have good fundamentals such as Bitcoin ETH BNB or other stable coins, not just using Altcoins as payment for bets on their site.
This will make it easier for users to make deposits and withdrawals.
It would be even better and more attractive if the casino site manager gave a relatively small fee for a transaction because from several user complaints on other casino sites they complained about fees that tended to be rather high.

Yeah! , it is correct that the topic should most likely be moved to another section of the forum, as you advise. 
But here I should note that not all users of the Gambling section constantly look at other sections and subsections, and then information about new and interesting offers does not reach them.  And of course it's bad.  So it's probably better to start coming out with new information about the game on the main "Gambling" section, as OP did.  I think OP did the right thing. 
Anyway, many here at BTT will know about this new game.

I'm interested in trying this game, but to be honest I've never accessed WAX Cloud wallet so I'm a little hesitant to try playing here.

because most gamblers here often use bitcoin and other popular altcoins. so if you can't accept bitcoin or other popular altcoins I probably won't be able to try it.

I am not familiar with the site but I do came across a gambling site where they have tournament and I manage to place second due to cheating of the other gambler instead of me getting first. It was because the tournament already ended and the second on the leaderboard continue gambling which made his points up when it shouldn't be happening if you ask me. It is more like finding a loophole. The tournament is balance type so make sure if the tournament ended then it is. I can say that is the casino's fault for not checking if there's an issue that could be exploited.

Welcome to the forum. However, since the game does not support bitcoin, you had to place it in the corresponding board in Service Announcements. I tried to connect the Cloud Wax wallet and as far as I understood, the default rate is 1 Wax, (as far as I remember, the commission is 5Wax) it can be increased to 1000 Wax by clicking on the corresponding chip from 1 to 1000 and then approve the transaction in the wallet.

Like all the others here this should be moved to the altcoins section, there is a niche for this kind of platform because many altcoins investors are also gamers, one example of this are Axie Infinity and DPET

Like all the others play to earn platforms, you should also create a video for this as an explainer its much easier to understand although reading how it works makes me think that it's really an easy game, a video explainer of the actual game will get you more players after they watch the video explainer.

We do it on this WAX blockchain because there are no fees. Compared to Bitcoin, the fees are very expensive.

^Sorry to say if you are not accepting BTC in your platform this is not the right section for you. The forum rule and the majority of people here are using BTC and other cryptos, so I think there is a space here in a casino that does not have a business. Another factor, upon opening the site, I was thinking to read TOS and FAQ but it was not there. Hopefully, there is, because that is the casino where you can avoid possible negative charges.

It looks like the ranking up depends on the number of people we referred to the site.  I think it is somehow realistic but you need to put effort in your affiliated work.  This kind of ranking up system isn't attractive at all, though it looks like favorable for starting gambling platform but I do believe this will discourage big spenders since their ranking up depends on their referred users and not on the amount wagered. 

I think @OP, better think why successful casinos separate affiliate system and ranking up system.
