And till 2018 the post style was different.  But since then this account are posting with broken English till now

Yes it is true that this account was created to handle a project and it is also true that I was a small member of that core team.  Unfortunately, due to various reasons, the project was eventually marketed out and declared dead.  But as I create this bitcoin account, I take ownership of it later.  And feel the need to change password/email for security of my account.  The main reason behind this is that I had access rights for multiple members of this account and everyone could publish announcements from this account.  After the project is completely dead I'm not sure if I'll use this account for monetization, so in 2021 I'm looking for ways to monetize the forum.  I keep joining various places on the forum especially the bounty and signature campaigns.

If there is any offense or mistake due to this account being project related and password change then I apologize to all forum members for that mistake.  And nowhere in the forum policy is it written that you cannot participate in any signature or monetization activities because it is project related.  It is a free right for all forum members.  Hope everyone will take my point into consideration and forgive me if I am wrong.

There is nothing wrong with either of those things. Password & email change and/or change in posting styles are a common red flags when it comes to account that changed hands or were hacked(which is again not forbidden but highly discouraged), hence this topic.

There's no crime or problem with participating in any signature campaign, but given that it's a common practice to hack or sell off accounts previously owned by someone else, it could have triggered OP to report about your account here.

Your work is to prove that the account didn't change hands, or you are still the original owner

Whoever was creating that posts is the one who will determine whether this is acceptable or not. If there are other members who are creating those posts, or most of the posts are not by you, joining signature campaigns may not be allowed due to the different quality of the posts.

If you were not the one who wrote the replies (other than those related to the project), it is better to declare that publicly and leave the choice to the campaign manager to either continue paying you or remove you from the campaign.

You will also get negative trust if the quality of the posts differs greatly, and you did not declare that, given that the account has been hacked.

What you will consider first is if the NicNacCoin project still exist or run or maybe it has ended, because why i said this is to verify if the account holder was an employed representative of the company in which may decided to use the account for his personal use after the contract between him the the company no longer exists, he might have also transfer the account maybe to another person close to him since he has the login details to it, but am sure if the project still exist then the company would have found a means to present themselves in a better way using a new account than the old one they might have no access to, if it was hacked then has it been reported by the team in the past, if no then nothing much to worry about as long as the account is not going against the forum's rules and regulations.

So you are saying someone must be from the same country to work on some remote project? I don't think theymos is from the same country as Satoshi, Cyrus, or other ex-admins and moderators. Anyone can be from any country and work on a remote project if they have skills. You should know why some projects hire team members from 3rd world countries. You can pay them way less compared to those who live in US or Canada. I am not here to say whether this account was bought/hacked or not. But, your point makes a little sense to no sense.

I don't want to say anything about changed hands or not. I have seen many accounts hanging around, and it looks like those accounts were bought or hacked. But until you have some solid proof, You shouldn't accuse someone of doing wrong. Let's say someone is innocent, and I accused him of doing something just because I suspected him. If someone tags him, but he is innocent, I am the one to blame for the damage. This is just a bit of friendly advice and opinion.

Lastly if the account owner doesn't post in their ann thread or gives update about the project it could be the project is no longer active or maybe the team members separated so the person with the account can go ahead posting with the account, but if there's any unusual activity by scamming people using the project name then mods and admins could probably look into the account to know if actually it has changed hand.

Exactly, All he mention is about the changing of language while there’s no solid proof like the exact post containing those information available to back up his post. The OP probably somehow connected to Nicnaccoin before since he knew this sensitive details such as the country of the original owner without posting the reference.

Maybe this time he might be successful on this failed accusation. @rikafip is very good too on this kind of investigation.

That account was sold or what I think is less likely, hacked. We have yet another case, out of several recently, where an old account that speaks perfect English, suddenly wakes up and starts writing in very bad English, as well as writing in certain local boards, like in this case Bengali.

But yes, there was a change in language, and all the Notscam420 evidence is valid, but not enough to leave a negative tag for accounts affected by Notscam420.
Many purchased accounts are on the forum, and there is no strict sequence on how to act with them. That is why many purchased accounts feel, with impunity, inventing certain fairy tales.

Thank you for the feedback, at least we know op is right but however, I don't think this calls for any bad action since the account didn't associates with any scam case, so I believe there are more eyes watching on this account and if the owner doesn't prove himself or herself to be the original owner, the likelihood to get tag is huge.
