I don't understand how this is, "Actual legal tender Federal Reserve Notes" & "The face value of $2 (USD) is fully backed by the US government."
It is a real US $2 bill printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Legal tender. It is colorized by the Merrick Mint. They colorize real bills and coins for novelty. They also make a
50 cent piece with BTC colorized on it. There are other examples of US Silver Dollars, Canadian Maple Leafs, Niue Silver coins, and British Britannias etc. that are colorized with various themes. The bill and/or coin is not destroyed, still recognizable, and still valid to be spent at face value if you so choose.
