If you want to have a successful business and be able to compete with other well-established casinos then you need to forget about ready-made scripts, especially those that are sold for few hundred bucks. You don't know how secure those scripts are and in this business à small bug can cause huge losses.
If you are going to develop it from scratch then you should contract with a known dev. company and not hire a freelancer.
