Since I've joined there has been so much I have read, seen, and explored on this forum. I want to start posting on the wall observer because it will give me a reason to check it everyday, and there can be gold-mines of information from the wise users that post in that thread.
I also noticed all these people have hats.
I like the hats.
So off I went, searching for someone who would make me a hat to my liking:
Posting Direct Messages, Private Messages, or any other Private Interactions in a Public Manner is not something I make a habit out of, for obvious reasons. As should everyone. However, the interaction that this individual is getting praise for happened primarily in the DM's, which was 100% positive all the way around._______________________________________________________________________________

Reaching Out:
One night, while reading around on some history, I stumbled upon a post by a user named xtraelv. His post was about the days before bitcointalk, and had some cool fun facts about key cypherpunk community individuals, events, and the like. The hat in his picture was the carebare riding down a rainbow, and it just caught my eye.
xtraelv's signature had credit (at the time) for a user named madnessteat, so I went ahead and DM'ed him:
FREE he said. I wanted to cry lol.
Telling madnessteat What I Wanted:As soon as he said he will do it, I ran to the Wall Observer to look for inspiration. Furthermore, I wanted the hat to make sense with my name. My forum name is a play on the famous racehorse Sea Biscuit. Good movie.
I ended up using JayJuanGee's hat as the base. Here's what I told madnessteat:
Unfortunately, animations are no longer available on hats.
I said to myself, "fair enough! No reason to stop, I'm sure it will still turn out great."
And thus, I patiently wait for January 10th to roll around. The holidays were awesome. I hope everyone's was too.
