Curacao requires you to have anti-money laundering measures and part of that is conducting KYC.

You are also accepting fiat which may also force you to get personal information from customers.

Operations through fiat money sometimes require personal information due to the existing regulations. For us at VAVE we do not perform KYC at all as well as we do not store any personal information about the user.
If a crypto-exchanger asks for the KYC, we don’t have access for this information.

Option “buy crypto” on our website just redirects you to the crypto-exchangers and you can choose one of them.

If you want to save complete anonymity, you can deposit from your own crypto-wallet and in this case we will see only your wallet address and nothing more.

Additionally, we need to add that we do not operate in FIAT currencies, and do only in Cryptocurrencies. As KYC procedure applies only if there are transactions in FIAT - we simply have no need for KYC to be there.

Op has provided a statement that personal information or KYC is not needed on the Vave site and this statement must be held accountable if at any point what happens is different from what he has said.
Even though the user won a large number of bets and made a withdrawal transaction, from the previous OP's statement it can be concluded that it is clear that we do not need personal information at all, so we can use this statement as evidence to report it to the gambling authorities if in the future Vave asks for personal information or KYC .
After all this is a new gambling platform so we really have to do some research ourselves to ensure its feasibility before we use it.

It was mentioned in paragraph 8.9 that they reserve the right to ask for ID with a selfie or a sign prior to processing payout.

actually for me the KYC problem is not a complicated problem, if you need to do it, if you don't need it, you don't need to do KYC, it's quite simple. but sometimes the gambler who prefers anonymity it will be very hard for him.
but KYC is one of the requirements that makes sense to me. There is need for more information about their KYC procedure even though it is stated that, the casino is a non kyc it is still not sure if a player could possibly play successfully and having fund withdraw without being prompted and forced to provide KYC documents for verifications.
So the thing about kyc should be made clear, whether or not a casino is kyc compliant or not, for example if a casino claim to be a none kyc then it should be 100% so not that when a player want to make some certain amount of transaction they have to provide kyc. We still have some few casinos that allow huge amount running into millions of dollar without requesting for kyc even though they licensed but that is only possible with big casinos that are already reputable, but other newer casino will ask for kyc just for a few thousand of dollar transaction, so the difference should be either total decentralized none kyc vs centralized kyc let the players choose which one suit their privacy.
