First of all, $43 million worth of money is not a small amount of money when converted to my country's currency and this is absolutely crazy if this news is true. which makes me wonder how much he bets on each spin, bringing his total win to $43. So, it's very likely that the slot machine has a problem. but I can't find out and give a definite conclusion, because after all the facts in the screenshot the value of the win that this woman got was truly fantastic.

Regarding the casino claim, I cannot provide an objective assessment, because we do not know the facts of damage to one of the slot machines. however, the victor should have brought the case to court. There is something that is not adding up with the whole story because this joke is too expensive to tell a winner of $43 million. If their terms and conditions say once machine is faulty and the evidence is clear, no way to prove that she actually won the game but that is just stupid to accept or tell a player because if I'm the one, hell will lose that day because that money is more than a fortune here, that money will change not only me but my generation when you convert it to my local currency.

This is a very good point by her attorney. If they claim she was playing a broken machine then all previous players should sue them and say they were not informed the machine was broken when they played and lost and all bets on that machine for the night should be returned to players.

If I were in her place I'd tell them that either they pay me 10% of the win, or we'll go to court and the whole world will know how they treat their clients. The casino company was corrupt with this woman. Their machine was faulty it should have been sealed in advance. Since they didn't seal the machine as a fault then I can definitely say the machine was perfectly fine and this woman was duped a lot. This woman should have taken legal action. Since the casino sites are publicly established in this country then of course there is permission to play casino gambling. If the woman found out this bug then she should be properly compensated but no. The casino operators just want to really add a lot of salt to the wound by them offering a steak dinner to the woman. They could have just issued an apology and some form of compensation/reward by funding the bug but it really has to be a dinner. Whatever the findings may be, it appears to have been in favor of the casino. I agree, her chances might be higher to sue the casino if the Gambling Commission wasn't involved in the said pursuit but that wasn't the case. It's just too unfortunate that she had to go through with this, that's a good money to start that could've make here life comfortable as well as his family and debt free but she was rejected by her claim. I hope there would be someone who will push her and help her with her case because she deserved more than a steak because it wasn't her fault that the machine randomly malfunctioned.
