As an example all the transactions on Dec 31st using UTC time: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transactions?q=time(2022-12-31)#
You can have multiple queries to get what you are looking for.

Just about anything in their API you can query through the web.

Alternative: Bitcoin block data (728 GB): inputs, outputs and transactions. Find the day you're looking for, open it in a spreadsheet and search the time/amount.
