I agree i have the skill in mma fight is about observing the opponent and usr analytic skill to determine their ment health and confident. Analytic skill to make research and find weaknesses on their game and their fighting style an many other factors such as their fighting partners,confidence on press confrence, past mutual oppnenta/fights.  The  way tge speak in interviews, socoal media. I think this is the first time I've seen this game since I mainly play dice. I've checked it in Stake and it looks interesting, I've figured you just need to hit a number over your desired multiplier, right? I guessed as much  , as I was already wondering where the skill in Dice is, I personally have played dice a couple of times, but some winnings and loses as well, but I've never been so lucky to double my money under 3 minutes,
Aside knowing the game mechanics, i believe Dice to be a game that is purely based on luck, even the offline Dice game we play in our homes does not still require any kind of skill except knowing how to count, its all based on luck.

I will believe it is a skill that plays those rolls, if you can do it for several sessions but I don't want to temp you to do that, just enjoy your winning its hard to win a dice game its quite risky if it is a big amount but it seems you are comfortable on your bet, you can brag that you get lucky but saying that you did it because of skill is a fallacy.
