CSGO500 SCAM BOOKIE AVOID - PROOF INSIDE.

Hello Members,


I want to bring your attention to this SCAM bookmaker CSGO500.


They have voided perfectly valid bets and provided no clear evidence from their side or a valid reason as to why. I tried to contact them via live chat and their responses are just shocking. They literally voided my bets without ANY valid reason. I presented them the evidence that they should be paid and yet they ignored it. All other bookmakers paid out on the same bets.

I bet  TWO different BETS . OVER 173 and -20.5 handicap Handicap (incl. overtime) Louvre Surabaya (-20.5)



They for no clear reason VOIDED approximately $500 worth of bets.



Their response is : "Hey,
The odds on Total markets were wrong, and you have clearly abused them by placing multiple bets on that game, all pregame bets were refunded/cancelled, and live bets were correctly settled."


But i made HANDICAP bets as well as TOTALS. They seem to have chosen to ignore that fact?

AI SCORE shows the pre match handicaps which were very close to the ones on this SCAM bookmaker. The same handicaps were offered on ALL other bookmakers and they are making up any excuse to not PAY their customers.


I urge you all to avoid using these scammers. I have attached proof of screenshots of my bets that were voided.

That is purely a scam attempt. Can you back up your claim that the PRE MATCH lines were incorrect? AI scores exactly the same lines i took pre match , but i also took HANDICAPS.

Are you saying that two separate bets (TOTALS & HANDICAPS) were BOTH incorrect? When the rest of the world had the same lines and paid out without problems, magically your "provider" which you do not disclose told you to void all the bets?


Clear indication of a fraudulent attempt to not pay out winnings to a legitimate betting customer.

How can you as the owner of the casino and sportsbook be sitting here and telling the public such blatant lies? Do you understand about Lines, Odds etc? It is time you provide some kind of PROOF that the bets i took had "incorrect lines" as i took a large selection of DIFFERENT bets.

as a casino where you have owners you are free to set your rules or TOS and all customers who create accounts in your casino must respect your TOS, in this part we all agree, now when you come to this forum and say that your Sportsbook provider gave you wrong odds instructions and you don't provide any proof of that, it becomes something suspicious, I hope you understand that, moreover, if the problem is on your side and on the provider's side, because the customer is the one who should suffer the consequences of the your mistakes?

Anyway, as I said, you are a casino that has an owner and the owner of the casino sets the rules and the customer who creates an account at the casino just has to respect these rules, I just hope that at least you can post proof of what you just did post

Yes exactly my point. They should post proof to show how the odds or lines they claim are incorrect at the time i placed the bet? I have already showed proof otherwise. I hope this is an eye opener for all other people just how shady this bookmaker is. In fact, I took 3 different bets and they claim all three were incorrect "odds".

I understand your frustation as it has happened also to me in the past but there is nothing you can do about it. Sometimes the odds are indeed off for some reason but when that happens almost all casinos will always void the bets, which is also the right thing to do. So sorry to say, but I can understand the view of the casino and it is no scam.

First I don't know if the problem is from you not following the terms and conditions of the gambling site you mentioned or if the operators are deliberately withholding your withdrawal, whatever the reason is you should try to avoid such sites next time or better still read some reviews about casinos before you make deposits on them.

It's note the first time we heard about such kind of issues, and well, this can be considered a "radar" bet and all bookie will void it without appeal.  (this is the reason they have specific note on their TOS).

In the past I have received some details from a bookie related an issue like this...

So, you usually observe those who have won several bets? Actually, I see all the gambling sites suspend bets. lower odd limit and suspend accounts only those who won bets and/or try to withdraw funds.
