We need to own a business if we want to keep becoming capable to pay bills and do other things. We can't rely on a single job to become financially capable, we need multiple jobs or our own business that we can build to become well responsible and business and financially sufficient. The world is becoming more difficult for people to leave and inflation is increasing everyday so we need to be prepared.

You can be employed with several employers as a freelancer and work with all of them with the same skill that you've got. But to be on this type of situation will require you vast experienes and confidence that you can deliver what the clients are asking you.

For skilled people, specially those that have in demand skills, they're the most desirable in the gig marketplace as they're like the performance/output based jobs.

Surely, skilled people will always have their advantage since they can be well compensated if their employers become satisfied with their performance. But I believe even if you got multiple sources of income, as long as you cannot manage your finances well, and you keep on spending on unnecessary items, you will never be stable financially and worst is you may even drown from a debt.

Time management is the key and if you dont want a life which is really having a main problem when it comes to financial then you should have done this.It might sounds easy but it is really hard to be done.
No one really likes on having that difficulty when it comes to money and this is why we are really that trying our best to do side jobs if needed or we are really having that kind of plan.
We do want a life which doesnt have any problems when it comes to money.It is really part of daily living or simply part of necessity for us to live and

However, what needs to be considered in this case besides time management is that we must maintain our health and prefer to look for types of side jobs that can be done anywhere. some of my friends who are office workers, they have additional income from being content creators on YouTube. and what's unique is that he creates content from around his daily life in his office work and daily life. so that it does not interfere with the main job.

I cannot argue with that because I also believe that financial literacy depends on people. Even if you're the most and highest paid employee but you are financial illiterate, you're going to have hard time in managing your finances and will still end up being unstable.

And someone who doesn't earn that much but are good in budgeting, he'll be able to win against that someone who earns a lot but don't know how to budget.

Because the thing here and reality is that, if you're earning more, your lifestyle is also improving so you have to sustain that.

Yep, income earning opportunities are very wide open at this time through the internet network, but indeed it will be difficult for people who do not have expertise and are not affected by the internet, therefore it is important for us to improve the abilities we have, to execute the opportunities that come our way. us either in the internet world or in the real world as additional income to stabilize our economy.

It sure would be nice to have more than one source of income. That way, an individual could afford whatever one needs and can still actually have some savings kept aside for the proverbial rainy day.
There actually may be ways through various platforms to earn some money but that also would warrant some sort of skills to be had. Financial stability does require hard work, a great deal of skills and some high level of formal education to enable one source for a good paying job, get and keep it. Not everyone can get and keep a side job though as it requires a great deal of time and effort.

The digital age has open everyone’s eye that relying on a single job isn’t always satisfying particularly to handle today bills that has been skyrocket with inflation, we are paying 3-4 times of what we were paying back then, there is need to have a side husle or job to bring more to the table, something that can help you as backup to your main job.

Side husle can also be time consuming but the advantage of it is that it's flexible, it's that kind of job that you do at leisure time and shouldn't inconvenient you like the main job. In fact, it should something you should do that you should enjoy, if it doesn't gives you room for flexibility, switch it up.

Dont make yourself been covered into those distractions and you should tend to purse on what you do have in mind or in passion on doing so.its true that we do have those plans in our minds but there are things or factors which would really be hindering us for us to do so.Who doesnt really want to have that financial freedom or something that do talks about having a prosperous way of living when we do talk about money?

Well, it is not easy to get financial stability, especially during the current economic crisis caused by the pandemic and war. I have never felt financially stable even though my income is increasing year by year. Currently, I have just worked 2 jobs and added investment, but to be honest, I have never found myself having a stable income before.

You will never experience financial stability if you always stick to your old mindset regardless of how many jobs you earned right now. Because it’s not literally that once you attain bigger income, you will also set higher standards in living. Because if you do it that way, you will never prosper, but will always remain struggling when it comes to money matters. Instead, live simply and save your extra money so you will attain financial stability in the future.

To me there comes a time in everyone's life when we really struggle hard. In most cases - many people start struggling at early age.
For some people - sometimes the side hussle becomes their business and full time job. Depends on the mindset of the people and how ready they are to give up and give in!

Having a goal in life is important, but everyone doesn't have the situation to move towards their goal. Majority of the common man just out of family commitment tries to find a job and end the life working on the same job. Dependence on parents and siblings is much experienced on the Asian countries than the western nations.

For me happened to go through several crises and I heard many times that it is difficult to find a well-paid job now, but I have always managed to find a job. It wasn't always an easy job, but I always made good money. This allowed me to save money and eventually I was able to go into the business that now provides for my family. Opportunities are always there, you should not be lazy to look for and find them, you should not hold on to one place where you are paid pennies, which are barely enough to live on, you deserve more.

You need to learn how to adjust especially if you are saving some portions of your salaries, it will give you good backup funds in case emergency take place in the future.

Like you mentioned, high paying job means lots of competitions and it's not easy to acquire
you need to have huge knowledge about the job before you can land yourself in.
