We all know steve jobs's strictness , also elon musk is very strict towards his employees
And richard branson cares his staffs and appreciate people's work

I am confused in that which leadership qualities is good for bussiness or company

strictness like elon musk  or care like richard branson

Elon is a good  and very strict about maintaining a discipline. So I appreciate his work about maintaining discipline.
