Go for Bitcoin and you should have done this since the last quarter of 2022, though of course the current price are still safe since that is still not the peak price we are looking for, new ATH can still happen in the future so buying right now is always a good decision. As a beginner, you should also spend some time learning the market, for now the safest coin that you can get is Bitcoin, just buy some when you already know when to buy and sell, don't rush in the market just follow the basic rules.

It’s always safe to buy now if you are buying Bitcoin and not shitcoins. Bitcoin will always recover no matter how much time it will take unlike shitcoins that usually turn into zero or penny worth when there’s traders interested on the project. Bitcoin will never be a dead project because it’s the only real decentralized blockchain while the rest is solely relying on the developer of the project.

If you are day trading. I don’t advice to buy now while the price is already hit a resistance and now sideways especially if you are buying shitcoins. Only purchasing Bitcoin is safe anytime while the rest is just a ticking time bomb.

The market looked green this time but it was still too far from being bullish again and investing even in this current situation seems to be a good decision. If I were you, I don't waste my time digging ad searching for what coins I choose to invest in but rather have to pick Bitcoin and ETH, then this solves your problem of worrying about making the mistake of choosing coins.

It's safe to buy at any time that you can afford to. Since the said bull run isn't there although this is an indicator of it, that means that anytime you buy right now depends on your affordability.
But if you are eager to buy and want to make decent profits then during the red days is the best time to buy and that was just a few weeks ago, we'll never know if another sequence of red days will come for this upcoming week.

In as much as bitcoin is not yet $30k above is a good time to buy but if that you initiated the buying last week it would have been better compared this week. 16k to 17k would have been the best entry point for traders and investors more especially beginners.
