Duckdice has had a shady past, they did try to clean the image after some time, but I am not sure how far they have gone.

This is really sad and very disheartening and $1,500 isn't a little money to just ignore and I think just as the first poster suggested, I think you should mover this thread to the scam accusation board to get faster attention and intervention.
I also want to suggest that you show more proves to your claims like the deposit receipt and transaction ID to the deposit and also show the prove or error message you get when trying to login your account and hope there is no fault from you and I will also advice that you check ok their Ann thread if they have one over here

I am glad you already got a response from a representative of DuckDice here, So all you need do now is provide your username so that he can check the legitimacy of the issue you have with them.

I actually going to tell you that there have been a lot of negative threads started my some users complaining about have same issues with DuckDice, and also blame you for continuing to play on this casino even after several complaint.
But i am glad to learn from the official rep of DuckDice here that those allegations were false and only a blackmail, lets hope yours is legitimate.

Here we ago another newbie claiming that he can’t access his account while the proof he sent above is just a crop screenshot showing that he is chatting the email support simultaneously without support response despite Duckdice has a live support. I don’t want to accused the OP as a liar but it’s just odd that he use email to chat the support instead the live support also the last case against Duckdice is same to this and he is using email to chat the support too.

I really smell someone is really pressuring Duckdice to release his balance that doesn’t want to undergo proper procedure.

I am sad for what has happened to you.
Thank you also for giving a statement on this forum so that it can make forum members even more careful in choosing a casino site.
Hopefully what has happened to you can be resolved and helped in the forum.

Yes, I agree if that's the only one he got it will not hold, if you are going to accuse you need to be transparent and complete the whole details, I support an accusation with valid and complete proof but what are we going to get from this cropped images it doesn't show us anything, there must be some conversations that transpire already but OP did not want to show it to us, OP needs to show us what steps he has taken when they don't allow him to withdraw.

Scam against DuckDice.io, not the first one I've seen users complain about, maybe this is the umpteenth accusation, what's clear is that DuckDice.io has a team of representatives here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1676313.0, so that you can talk about complaints and various things that are detrimental to users who bet on the DuckDice.io gambling site.

However, if you have contacted their representative named: DuckDice.io, there is no solution and vice versa, maybe we can't help you much, it's just that in the future be careful in choosing online gambling sites, at least the representatives are responsible, if something happens.

OP - you should exhaust all available contact options first, i.e. send PM to DuckDice.io and post in their thread. If no luck, open a Scam Accusation as advised above.

The thread that you attached is exactly what I’m pertaining on the similar case. This kind of attack sprout when that accusation started. He try to necro bump all the duckdice previous that already solved just to create a negative attack on the Casino. I’m not defending Duckdice but on this case, The proof is not clear safe to the guy that started the thread that you attached. He is claiming to access an old freeze account while he doesn’t have any proof to claim it like access to the email that he use to create his account.

I can see the pattern here by providing crop proof to manipulate the reader by his story like he was not being heard by the support.

Surprisingly there is a Duckdice rep/support in the forum besides the Duckdice user itself. That's cool.
OP could not get screenshots as evidence since his account was banned. I think he needs to provide info evidence proving his account was banned.
He can't provide real evidence. And all he had are screenshots proving Ducedice support is not responding to him. 

What is the reason for his account ban? This is a stalemate unless Duckdice will unban his account first.

Also, there is no live support inquiry about anyone having a banned account with a balance on it,  there were however countless banned accounts created by the person who's contacting us "trolling" that they'll take our trustpilot score to 1 star rating.   Those accounts have no balance on them, no deposits, our blackmailer was simply creating them so he can get in touch with live support pretty much to tell us to check our trustpilot score, as he's made 5-10 more 1 star ratings from multiple accounts.   ( trustpilot has taken down most of them as they're fake reviews).

1 - day you made the deposit and the amount
2 - game you made a bet and won

It is quite unfortunate your going through this sort of experience and the worst if it all is hat you already deposited a reasonable amount of money with them which is very disturbing for bettors and gamblers. I believe those are extortion done by private individual or group.  I think there is a player who lost bigtime in your casino and wanted to get revenge or retaliate and to get his or some of his money and think of extortion and blackmailing as way to make it happen.  I hope the problem with this guy/group will end soon without the casino getting damaged.

I believe they are doing the right thing.  They just put all those non-sense complaints in an invalid state by citing or giving proof that the thing complained about did not happen.  I also think that they are successfully done their plan since Trustpilot had reacted and deleted unfounded accusations against DuckDice.

Well, not wanting your username in public view is understandable, that is indeed a genuine enough reason but you should have made this comment earlier before now, the whole discussion of blackmail started after the Duckdice representative asked for your username, you simply ignored it and went on to reply to some other comments here, by doing this, any one would have easily seen your complains as invalid since you ignored what should be important went on replying some not so important comments,

If like you said, you don't want your username in public view, you should have PMed the rep with your username immediately you saw his reply here, also letting him know that you do not want your username in public view, But that's by the way..

DuckDice have said that they can't see any live support requests from the user on Jan 15, despite the user having shown screenshots of the live support requests that dated Jan 11 and Jan 14. He also stated he sent emails. The fact that greatnino has attempted to get support and Kirito89/DuckDice said they can't see any support requests is definitely odd from whichever side responsible. It is difficult to see where the problem stems from due to the user being somewhat hard of English or lacking some communication skills.

greatnino, I hope you issue is resolved though you need to put a bit more effort into clearer communication. This will help to have your issue resolved. You should start by sending a private message to DuckDice with your username and reporting back here with how it goes. I as well was wondering why OP has refused to send his details to the duckdice representative who has come up in defense and resolving the complaint of OP as requested and also if OP claimed to had made a transfer to his newly created account with duckdice why can he not be bold and transparent enough to make post of the transaction hash early enough for clarity and to remove doubt on his claims. Here the duckdice representative in his comment above said OP account was linked to various accounts that was trying to blackmail them and also mentioned a name on this platform too which made me start thinking OP might be a high rank member here running multiple account covering his identity as a result of his or  her past shady deals and does not want anybody to know his or her true identity. I would not be surprise if it turns out that these activities been carried out by OP is to blackmail and tarnish the image and reputation of the duckdice casino which i think is not alright in anyways. In as much as there is competition in the casino industry, every one casino should be able to compete in the right way so as to remain relevant  and attract more customers instead of carrying out blackmail and wanting to taint the hard  earned reputation of other casinos.

  Well. greatnino if you really have just wasted everyone's time here, did you really believe that by creating a fake thread with fake claims would achieve anything? I would request you to double-check on your side whether there is any unwilling breach or violation at your site. Also, try contacting them again. Delays can be observed, but they do respond. Regarding this case, as you can see throughout the thread and my responses, OP has failed to provide any evidence regarding his case ( It doesn't exist), and as I've mentioned we've been dealing with a blackmail situation recently where a person is trying to bring our reputation down with fake reviews everywhere in order for us to pay him something to stop, which we will 100% not be doing.

So in your opinion, improving the regulations is shady behavior? After all, it's all about developing and improving services. (Besides, this happened a few years ago.)

I think you need to provide proof, you say you already sent many emails to support, but why do you still refuse to post pictures of the email conversations you had with support? why don't you post the transaction id of the deposit you made at the casino? why don't you post your username in this thread? you are just deviating from the subject by posting other people's cases, so far I don't see you being right in this case for the simple reason: you are not presenting any proof, while the casino support is even trying hard to help you, enough you will see that the support guy is very active in this thread, but all you know how to do is keep posting things that have no proof, posting other people's cases

Now duckdice moderator claimed he have as well replied my mail ask him if he can bring that evidence of replying me.

i was banned from the site when i keep asking again and again from their live support team, still i am waiting of their response as he said he have read my mails but he dont want to reply me their on my email, a site moderator would always invite me to site support center to sol my issue but he is kinda trying to make its a drama.

As for unresolved cases, could you give some examples? Because I have the impression that you are throwing words here that are not covered by facts.

Improving their service is welcomed but how they do it matters or at least for me as I said if they are going to deal with it in the harshest way like banning the account and forcing them to withdraw the deposited funds when their system is affected by a glitch or something because I feel the reputed casino at least will compensate the user won rewards with some money instead of saying you didn't win anything.

About the unresolved accusation, I feel the one on the trust page itself is unresolved and there are many come up when I search but I don't want to go through all of those and prove it to anyone.

I would suggest checking your spam or junk folder to see if the email was filtered there.

Actually I've said you haven't contacted us via live support! But I do understand at this point you're simply throwing stones in the dark hoping anything will stick your make belief story.

Anyway, you have lied about the emails, you have lied about the 1036 USDT deposit (which you conveniently ignore the requests for a transaction hash),  and while I know that you are our notorious trustpilot/bitcointalk blackmailer, I have tried to engage you and deal with this case as any other player who actually needs help resolving an issue. 

P.S.  - OP, in some of the fake trustpilot reviews you've made from multiple accounts you probably dropped the ball and set the same email to different trustpilot profiles ( assuming since you're using countless of them you didn't realise it), and coincidentally you happened to put the same email in the trustpilot fake profiles as the one you've posted here in your OP.

I appreciate you commenting on your alt account thread aswell.   Not "all of these are scams and blackmailing" just the ones you create from your alt accounts and the fake stories you make up without any evidence.


But lets address this as it was a proper case,   1.  OP tried to set us in a bad light claiming we're not answering him via emails - as shown in my previous message we did in fact respond to him via email.
2. OP claims he made a 1036 USDT deposit before we banned him and money is stuck on the account -  I've asked him to provide the USDT transaction hash, ( it doesn't exist) so he conveniently ignores that part and simply throws baseless accusations.

3. Igumama aka greatnino aka crewchellenge etc etc - we will not be paying you a single cent regardless of how many other fake stories and fake trustpilot reviews you come up with.
