What happened:
It lets you know that a good team is playing against a very poor team and give you a nice bet quote. Giving wrong team logo & names.



They offered the possibility to bet on a non-existent match: CS Mioveni - CS Universitatea Craiova.

Now, have a look at the name & logo of CS Universitatea Craiova:

The real match of the team they make it look like: https://www.flashscore.de/spiel/jB4RhGfq/#/spiel-zusammenfassung/spiel-zusammenfassung (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeW7Ajkqlos)

The bet instead was on another team that name is: FC Universitatea 1948 (a second league team), with even different name & logo: https://www.facebook.com/fcucraiovaofficial/

Giving people kinda a good quote on Barcelona - Ossasuna, and then you discover that Barcelona is Avency or any other team just by mistake. So stay aware before using they're sports bets area, the support is not useful at all they're just not assuming their own mistakes , be aware of this thieves!

Just did some searching, CS Mioveni - CS Universitatea Craiova took place in a Club Friendly Game on the date that is the same as your betslip:
https://www.sofascore.com/ro/cs-mioveni-universitatea-craiova/GedsyzW which was a result of 1-1 [as shown on your betslip] meaning your bet lost.

The bet you are saying was the bet you wanted to bet on ALSO took place on the 14th January, however as your betslip you didn't bet on that game [even if you intended to] you lost the bet.
Image shows the 2 games that took place on the same day.

Your bet would have lost anyway even if you bet on the game you claim you believed it was.

Well no, aren't the same Club. They're different it ain't the same name I don't why those mistakes, the match that CS Mioveni had was with CS Universitatea 1948 not CS Universitatea Craiova, as I've contacted and asked. But yeah I just show that they can make u believe and giving good ods mistaking the names & logos and not assuming any responsability for that.

After further looking into it, we have had a conversation with the Sportsbook provider and have now cancelled that leg of your bet due to the wrong logo being displayed.
