Hello. I'm not really accusing daniel for scamming but rather just an unnecessary locking of my funds every time I deposit for 3 months. This post is an attempt to get his attention since he never responds on email.
I've been playing on bustabit since 2020, around 2 years and a couple months to be specific. Bustabit was the first time I ever gambled in my life, and as a result, since I had never even really watched gambling, I didn't expect to lose practically every time so I got really upset every time it happened. Daniel's response to this anger he saw me display in chat was to indefinitely ban me for the reason: "Problem gambler". This is simply false. I try to voice this to him every time but he just blanks my messages. I understand why he believes this, due to the fact that the emotional attatchment I displayed to the money I was playing with, but the honest truth is I was just new and wasn't farmiliar with the feeling of losing. Ever since this ban, which happened about one and a half years ago, I have continued playing peacefully (No display of anger or upset in chat) on accounts made with VPN's to bypass the ban. I've now been gambling pretty regularly for 2 years, and as a result, lost the emotional attatchment to money that I had during the early stages of gambling. I accept that when I lose I lose, I keep emotions to myself when winning as well.
However, every time I get caught, my ability to bet AND withdraw gets locked. Betting is permanent and I am only able to withdraw after 3 months every single time I get caught. This is frustrating because every time, I am peacefully playing minding my own business, just enjoying his site. Every time I ask why, I get the response "You are indefinitely banned for being a problem gambler". I ask him "What do I need to do to prove that you're wrong? I will show ID's, bank statements, anything to prove that I'm playing with affordable amounts". And he never responds.
Daniel, I am asking you now. Tell me what you need to see. The reason for my ban is objectively false and I will prove it to you. Respond to this and I'll reply with photo evidence of anything you request. Just give me a second chance. I haven't caused any problems at all since before the initial banning from around 16 months ago. You have no reason to be strict. The ban reason is false and I can absolutely prove it to you.
On a second note, assuming you're just going be the strict fucker you always are and deny my offer to prove your ban reason is false, and keep me banned, at least just let me withdraw. There are 2 accounts, TDWW and TDWW2 that you locked. Ideally however, I'd like you to accept my invitation to see proof that I can afford what I'm playing with
I beg you just dont fucking respond with the usual copy pasted "You are banned indefinitely, any funds you deposit will be locked for 3 months". Just let me show you evidence, then once you see it, give me a second chance to play without having to be undercover.
I trust you will do the right thing and let me prove my innocence to you. I was really stupid back then with the rage I had whenever I lost all, but you need to understand I was new to gambling and wasn't yet used to the feeling of losing money.

You don't have to ask Daniel to post here before you post your photo evidence and everything you have there, this is a scam accusation what you say will not matter if this is just a story with nothing to back up your claim, show all your proof let people see your evidence so we can back you up with your accusation if you already have a scam complain in the past you can include those links, right now this is just a rant and people might think that you are false accusing Bustabit for not showing anything,

This post is to get his attention so he is willing to agree to let me back myself and send photos directly via a private message or email, otherwise he just doesn't respond. Not trying to let everyone know my address/name/age/ As per the first paragraph, this is more a comment on his false ban than a scam accusation where I request for him to show the heart to let me prove my innocence. However if you want proof that my funds are locked from being able to be withdrawn, I can provide that here: https://gyazo.com/aa5596d93255990f7721e7cc6614644dThe funds are locked. I do find this annoying but I'd much rather request to just be unbanned entirely by proving I'm not a 'problem gambler' than just ask to withdraw the funds only.

For someone that isn't a problem gambler, you sure are acting like a problem gambler.
If anything, I would guess that starting threads like this and nagging Devans to unban you only serves as more confirmation that he made the right call.
Maybe try leaving him alone for a year and then see if he will reconsider.

Explain how me making a post about how I was falsely banned and had my funds falsely locked is “confirmation” that I’m a problem gambler. Go ahead, I’ll wait

Please stop posting here.
Now imagine if this were your site, and instead of posting you were asking me to stop gambling here. And then I made a bunch of new accounts and kept trying to gamble. I would seem pretty crazy, like I had a gambling problem, wouldn't I?

I would seem pretty crazy, like I had a gambling problem, wouldn't I? I think you are getting confused, I didn't make the time-frame clear. A handful of accounts over the period of 2 years. Not dozens. Most of them lasted weeks to months of peaceful playing before randomly he connects and bans. Never once on any of them was any disturbance caused and there are months of not playing at all between bans I'm only just now deciding to make posts because I'm getting bored of getting funds permanently locked and getting banned as often as he catches me because ultimately, even though he is the owner and has the right to ban me regardless, his ban reason is objectively false and I honest to god think I deserve another chance. I've done nothing to disturb the chat or anything in general since 2020.

Then stop creating new accounts and trying to play where you aren't welcome. It really is that simple. Stop it.

dude, you need help. Daniel is correct, you are a "problem gambler", you can deny it all you want but the fact that you keep creating new accounts on their gambling site despite being banned multiple times says that you have a gambling problem. if I were you I'd get some professional help.

I think you are getting confused, I didn't make the time-frame clear.
A handful of accounts over the period of 2 years. Not dozens. This still doesn't change a thing, the fact remains that you kept creating more accounts even after getting banned from using the casino. Most of them lasted weeks to months of peaceful playing before randomly he connects and bans. Never once on any of them was any disturbance caused and there are months of not playing at all between bans When you got banned from bustabit, you got banned as a person, not just a single account. So no matter how many accounts you can create, whether peaceful or not. You are not welcome to the platform as a person. I'm only just now deciding to make posts because I'm getting bored of getting funds permanently locked and getting banned as often as he catches me
Sounds like the best solution to deter you from creating more accounts trying to bypass the ban. You now know that it's risky to create an alternate account because you stand to lose money if you get caught.

The day I am shown where in the TOS gives him the right to indefinitely lock my funds (as per the governing of Curaçao), I will stop going to bustabit.

Indefinitely means for an unspecified amount of time. He told you it was 3 months. Doesn't matter though. While you're wasting your time harassing Devans just keep in mind that the consensus here is that Devans is acting reasonable and you're acting like a lunatic.

How about you fuck off instead of sticking your nose in business you aren't a part of like the arrogant little entitled prick you are.

Man, the fuck, is not a public company, he has his own right to accept whatever customers he wants. You know before opening your account that he doesn't want you there, stop it. What's the point in it?
Just calm your tits and fap..

That isn't how it works. Just because you're the owner doesn't mean you can alter the terms of service (read: terms of service) on your own accord. The terms are there for a reason. They are there to let users know the potential outcomes of scenarios and to follow the juristiction of whatever country the company is governed by.

Have you read them? The operator may unilaterally modify these terms of service at any time and without notice.
Not that it matters. He doesn't need to alter the terms to ban you. You're just grasping at straws now - it's time to move on.

Saying he can 'unilaterally modify them at any time' doesn't mean he can just modify them on the fly without physically altering the terms of service rules on the site. What he is doing isn't allowed but I cant be fucked to continue caring anymore

The day I am shown where in the TOS gives him the right to indefinitely lock my funds (as per the governing of Curaçao), I will stop going to bustabit.
But he still has the right to lock up the funds until you have sense in your head to avoid bothering him ever again The operator may temporarily halt all deposits to and withdrawals from the service if he deems it necessary to ensure the safety of users' funds (e.g. in the event of blockchain forks) or for any other important reason. Man, you are like these kinds of people who end up accessing a restricted area in a zoo having a deadly animal like a tiger because you think you have a right to go there, and you paid the zoo a fee.
