Such evidence cannot be gathered from Emefiele himself if DSS was unable to provide the judge with enough proof to persuade the court. Therefore, the DSS's "invitation" of Emefiele will be in violation of the court's ruling. If DSS has more proof, they should go to court to obtain a warrant. Making outrageous claims and depriving persons of their basic rights because of them is actually against Nigerian law.

I felt he was arrested already owning to initial reports broadcasted about his invitation. Money matter no be small matter for this we country o.  Why was he not arrested before the change of the naira notes? It had to be now.
