I'm interested in why you want software for those curves. Are there any coins that use those curves instead of secp256k1?

(also that's a laughably small amount of money for something so specific and advanced)

The truth is that you'd have to find a Chaum or a Wei Dai to implement those algorithms on niche curves, as the vast majority of people are just following the money at the moment and won't bother to write stuff for any curve that is not used by a mainstream cryptocurrency such as secp256k1 or curve25519 [I am not one of those people BTW, but I have other stuff to do].
