Good evening. Could someone help me solve this problem? In T19, it turns on and everything is normal except for the Temp section, and after about 3 minutes the cards disappear.

No room ventilation or way to take the hot air out of the room might cause the abnormal temp which is why the hashboard disappear due to overheating,

Would you mind sharing the kernel logs here so we can find some hints about the issue under your miner's kernel logs?

The set PCB temperature of T19 cannot exceed 90°C, otherwise, it will not work normally, usually due to the high ambient temperature. If the abnormal temperature is displayed when turned on, it may be that there is a problem with the control board or the temperature control circuit. Check whether the heat sink around the temperature sensor is welded well, and check the prompts in the kernel log for troubleshooting.
