By the look of this thread probably he is an affiliate of a casino or person in charge on marketing. Probably you will need to contact the telegram user account for the details of the casino and to get the 10$ bonus during the sign up. The title is implying that he is promoting a casino. I knew many like this guy on telegram that sending random offer if you are subscribed on telegram casino channel. Probably he is either protecting the casino from criticism here or he knew that sending affiliate link here is not allowed.

Either way he really needs to provide the casino info here to save time in case it is a bullshit. But I won’t call it as scam early if deposit is not required to get that 10$ bonus and if we can withdraw it once the requirements meet. I knew some new casino that offers this kind of bonus for sign up and end up successfully before.

Make the thread more clearer and provide necessary details about this since if many would understand what you need easily for sure they will sign up on what you are telling to them. Also put the funds on escrow since if there's no escrow involve here then might scamming issues might happen. But I also believe that this is affiliate only and you want to earn from your invites and most provably before you give that $10 they should spend first or wager.

Also putting a pm me in telegram will just make you sounds like a scammer so avoid this if you are legitimately in need and put all the details in the thread.

Actually there is no deposit requirement from user sight and no KYC needed also . We will pay $10 if user sign up and provide their address on particuler casino  .

Definitely would be the impression by most people in this industry. If OP is not an affiliate, why would he invite people to play on their platform? more likely because of the referral bonus, unless the $10 reward is in token form of that particular site which could only be used inside but is not withdrawable.

If you are not an affiliate and you are doing this for the sake of bonuses through referral, we would have no problem with that just say so. Referral bonus in the first place would be given to both invitee and inviter. 'coz if you will hide hidden motives you are just putting other players at risk if that particular site would turn out to be a scam. Please don't be like that.

I am not really getting this, at first you did not formally make introduction of any kind, no website to look into, no details to hang unto, yet you want participants to sign up with $10 bonus to be given out upon registration, do they know what they are really signing up for?
Now you say "for play from our side" and I ask which game are you talking about? Is it a casino, poker or what? Which side are you talking about? How on earth players here would trust a casino without complete details being posted out of nowhere? There are legit ways for you to promote a casino and if you are asking to communicate with you on Telegram without showing complete details here, that will be suspicious. Also, why ask people to contact directly via Telegram, instead of just posting an affiliate link. Whoever uses the link to register gets the money on their accounts without exposing themselves on telegram, unless OP wants out telegram names to later send some ads our way

First impression is important and OP is giving a fishy one, I am afraid.
To give him the benefit of the doubt, we could assume he is promoting a casino which is only based/registered in the United States (which makes it sounds weird, since a USA based casino would likely ask for KYC and ten bucks are basically nothing for someone in USA).
