Are you talking about this coin here > https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/utopia/ but currently it's value is only $0.625 and then you are paying 0.1 CRP so that would only be $0.16. I don't think there are people who will be interested with that even if you pay them 1 whole CRP. If you are serious of getting people to join your group then you will need to increase your reward.

Anyway, I just found out that this Utopia is also like a group like telegram but with more extra features. All the time I thought it was a crypto exchange.
