What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone

I am strongly in favour of desktop applications or even web based, as I think that phones are usually to small and I do not really trust much the apps, but there seems to be many people who would rather use their phone. Is that because they do not have access to a desktop computer? It may also be a regional issue, the same as people that do not use a browser?

I like to use Desktop for things like making P2P deals, buying and selling on internet. In general, activities which would require me to have several windows open.
In the case of gambling or even messaging I would like to have the option to do it while I can be in bed, since I do not have a very comfortable computer chair and it would be just matter of time for my neck to suffer from this bad position.

I like more having a larger screen like the monitor from my desktop and not a laptop nor smart phones. They're too small if it's going to be coming from handheld devices but the advantage of it is that you can lie on the bed while gambling.

Computers and laptops now are cheaper and I think that they also have those aside from having a phone and what's more likeable and reasonable is that it's convenient to do so wherever they are.

I am a desktop guy,I do like phone so much but for entertainment like watching tiktok Instagram or youtube short you know social media things. but other than it such do forum like this i would prefer desktop even some game i would prefer it on desktop than on a smartphone

I have access to a desktop but I preferreably use my phone because I see it as being more easier to use and also more compatible.

I really don't think it's because they don't have access to a desktop and I personally have a desktop but I prefer using my phone over using a desktop because I enjoy using the phone interface.
Over the years as a gambler, I prefer using gambling apps then using a desktop because of the ease of using it and there are cases when I have to use browser because the casino doesn't have a functioning app as of writing this post and generally I prefer using my phone because I can stake my bet at any time and any place without bothering over power supply or having to run back home.

Phones can be bought everywhere which is why it's convenient already to use phones. You can go on playing privately while playing on public place.

For users who go from one place to another all the time on a daily basis, I think phones. In my situation, I have to travel every day up to 5 miles a day by bus to another. So much time browsing using my phone and there will be time to spend on casino. Using a browser however to navigate to my favorite casino because they don't have an app.

I prefer a desktop because I don't have to worry about a fat finger or other error I might commit due to the smaller screen but it's probably about getting familiar with your device. I'm pretty sure those who prefer their mobile are already used to it and, yeah, it's also about convenience.

I guess playstore and appstore have a strict policies against gambling apps. For that reason it’s hard to find the app of the popular casinos and gambling sites. As many people don’t have access to desktop or PC, so the casinos have made their site mobile optimised also. I am the one who loves to gamble through PC, i mean using a PC gives more comfortable, and works smooth if we compare to the mobile versions. I know this is user based choice and will vary from users to users, but yes I feel more safe and secure if I place bet with the desktop version.

Web-based/Desktop. It's much easier imo, I don't need to install any of that local bs that they want plus I can play it both in my phone/tablet and desktop freely (though I mostly use desktop tbf). I can play while doing some other stuff, I've never really been a fan of using my phone while using my desktop to do other stuff, I'd much rather do it all at once in my desktop if possible. Besides, web-based can easily be optimized for phone to make it feel natural and smooth as mobile apps, I don't think it's much of an issue plus there's not much specific stuff they need that phone apps can give compared to web-based ones.

Even I prefer desktop applications and web based applications the most. You have already stated the two most important reasons for that.
Desktop provides a bigger screen and so the experience of gambling sites is better on bigger screens.
At the same time there are so many scam gambling apps which steals user data and so installing it on mobile is a huge risk.
Mobile holds most of our personal info and installing any such apps is a threat.
Besides that when we look at the ease of convenience then desktop apps are much convenient to use than mobile apps.

Same here, maybe we are both old school, I still prefer to do anything with my desktop or laptop, even trading. Maybe it was the convenience of the big screen as compare to mobile phone wherein you can't really feel and enjoy if you are playing slots games.

I have nothing against those who love their mobile phones, but it's a big disadvantage for some of us here and still prefer our desktop.

My eyes are easily tired if I have to get close to the screen and this is happening on me whenever I use a phone. At the same time, my fingers are quick in feeling numb if I get to touch the screen at most times.

So ease those situation, I'm more feeling comfortable with a desktop rather than gambling through a phone.

It's also easier to browse while you gamble in a desktop setting.

There are progressive web apps right now and mobile responsive unlike before that you are having difficulty on playing as they are not responsive. I really prefer in desktop as it is because big and easily play but over time the gameplay in mobile is getting better as you can play anywhere and also it is easy as sometimes you can use only one hand. though still i prefer desktop over mobile as it is easy to see those details that needed to see

I just think people who prefer to be on their phones are out of the house more and want to gamble wherever they are.
So they are not limited by space and devices to play gambling because they can continue gambling anytime and anywhere by using the application available for their cell phones.
The screen display will be small, but because they feel they are comfortable using it, they will definitely continue to use it.
Maybe they use their laptop or computer for other work, so they use their cellphone to gamble.

I don't think it's a regional issue, probably a matter of convenience. Even if I prefer desktop, I can sometimes use my mobile phone from the sofa lying down instead of having to sit at the computer.

In terms of usage, there is nothing more convenient than a desktop in my perspective. But the current generation people prefer more comfort, they are keen to access to the internet in any situation. They prefer to use it on the way to work while others feel more comfortable using it lying in bed. Due to its small size, it is very easy to carry and this is why mobile devices are used the most. Mobile devices are gaining popularity due to all these conveniences.

for myself it depends on where I am to use a desktop or phone. when I'm at home I prefer to use the desktop to open gambling and betting. but when I'm outside the house or on vacation, I prefer to use a desktop which is more effectively used outside the home for gambling.
actually the desktop is superior for opening all the access we want because of its better capacity compared to phones. but sometimes we can't force to bring our desktop when outside the house, it's not effective for me.
but it all comes back to each individual. because everyone has their own ways and busy activities to use a phone or desktop.

As I practically only play poker, I only do it on desktop because it sucks on mobile. I can't multi-table, I can't use Poker Tracker, I can't use mouse. In short, if I were forced to play with the mobile, my profits per hour would be greatly reduced.

It all depends on the comfort and usability of each person, of course it is different.
I myself prefer to use a cellphone than a desktop computer because it is simpler and easier to use. Whether at home or even outside the house, the cellphone is still number one for me.
Even though cellphones have a small space, I think cellphones that are released now have pretty good specifications and are not inferior to desktops. What's more, just to access gambling sites and play them, I think using cellphones is fast enough and there aren't any problems at all, although some users are more choose to use Desktop because it has the advantage that it is easier to do everything.
