Please Help!

We are currently using the wordpress plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/bitcoin-payments-for-woocommerce/ for our woocommerce wordpress store.

We are getting an email from a customer saying that they sent the payment, they gave us the hash, and they did send it to one of the wallets created by the plugin. Normally this would be forwarded to us. We don't see anything forwarded to us and the coins are just sitting in this wallet. What do I do? Please help ASAP, thank you so much.

The plugin needs update and contains many bug, what you're experiencing might be one of the bugs, the transaction might take some time too. Just wait a little and see what happens. I would not recommend using Wordpress to create bitcoin related website, it's better if you code the site yourself or ask in the service section for programmers or help.

Not sure if this is the right place for asking this question. We too have a woocommerce platform and are looking at accepting cryptocurrency. The site is https://texasweedsyndicate.com/ so you have a reference point. We sell vaporizers and cbd products and such and want to start taking bitcoin but are not sure how to go about it. I was about to use the plugin you guys were talking about but looking at this I see that you are saying it is not a good one.

Do you have any suggestions for a good plugin that wood work with woocommerce that we could implement?

I suggest that you click the button on the bottom left corner "Move Topic" and move it to Bitcoin Technical Support board.

A lot of knowledge people hang out there and you will receive better support there.

About your problem:
Do you have any type of Seed of that wallet? Like 12 or 24 words?

If your funds are really on your wallet, you can recover them by using your security phrase in another wallet, such as Electrum (always use electrum.org to download)

Wordpress store seems like a recipe for disaster. Im sorry but this software needs CONSTANT updates because it has more holes than swiss cheese.
Problem with plugin is no suprise to me, maybe try to extract private key, then finish operations through wallet software to skip buggy plugin.

"You just replied in an old topic" <-- yeah, its good to reuse sometimes old topics but not in this case you should made ur own topic with your problem. Got me confused.
