The OP is talking about $15500 not $20k. $15.5k may seem to be impossible but $20k is still possible. Aren't you aware last time that we touch $19k? We are still far away from the bull run so there is still a mixture of down falls and small increases but we can use these fluctuations in our favor. I will not deny your words at all, because even before this, Bitcoin went up to 28k while recovering and came back with a huge dump at around 16k.  For this I would say to be cautious but the market is just coming up with green signals from all around, and making strong resistances one after the other may be the steps for the recovery to begin. And the most important thing is that the year 2024 is not too late. If the next halving happens in 2024, then it can be said that Bitcoin is starting to recover to reach a new all-time high.

Yes, you are right. It is not the time to claim we are in the bullrun season since the price of Bitcoin is still far from its ATH. The current price is still below $30k, while the ATH is around $69k. It is not half of the ATH yet, so how can we are in the bullrun season?  We can claim that we are almost in the bullrun season if the price of Bitcoin isn't far from the ATH.

as there's no concrete definition of bull or bear season, it now depends on how a person will look at this market. so such season is relative to the person's perspective when it comes to bull or bear period. if we compare the current market from previous month, we can say, we are in the bullish period. but if we compare this market when btc was in the 40-50k level, certainly, we are still in the bearish period. so the label depends on when do you want to compare the current market.

It's not bullrun yet as the price of Bitcoin and altcoins are still not consistently increasing, corrections are still there. Just like the past history (as you've said) bullrun might happen after halving since many investors are already expecting the price of Bitcoin to skyrocket after. Though it's not guaranteed the history will repeat itself, bullrun can happen sooner/longer than expected.

But it will certainly come just like what happened before. Investors with patience and can hold longer are the ones who will become a huge gainer once the bullrun takes place.

For me this is a good accumulation step before moving to a higher price, but I estimate the price will penetrate the $ 30k. Totally agree.  I think we have the prospect of a bull market but technically we look very bullish on the upside as it rallies 15k-28k in Q1 but in terms of sentiment and  The risks of the current macroeconomic picture could prevent the market from absorbing enough of that optimism.  So looking at bitcoin's history and bull cycle, currently - the market is building a solid structure or recovering before the start of the 2024 post-halving bull cycle.
