I always get "Something went wrong! Try again later" So what is the reason for that, I tried to use it with several browsers.

What is certain is that we are tired of fighting, where several KYC systems for users fail and end up losing the value of the coins being exchanged, aka stolen. Who, wants to deal with kyc failure.

Well, they do depend on other platforms so... technically the KYC issue may come up any time. One just has to be ready in case especially by reading all the terms and conditions of all their third party providers. It's a whole new level of hustle getting your coins swapped, isn't it?

Two years down the road, and they didn't even bother responding to you (to us) so I guess they are guilty as charged

Personally, I would rather use the “third party” provider rather than use them for 2 reasons
1. I know they will require for KYC from me, so I don't have to be shocked at one point.
2. I know whom I am dealing with
3. I don't have to pay for extra frees created by the pseudo exchange provider.

It's been four years, but the thread has not reached one page yet. I believe the reason is too obvious, OP. You do not engage with the community members and do not answer the questions. A business needs to engage with the community and answer questions, even if it is negative. If you take a look at other exchange threads, you will notice that most casinos thread has reached 10+ pages, and some of them even reached 30+ pages. It's because they choose to engage with the community, which helps them get more exposure on the forum.

I would recommend that you post regular updates, which you just did earlier today, and engage with the community. Also, run some promotional campaigns on the forum if you have the budget. This helps your brand get more exposure on the forum. Good luck BitSwitch.

Yes, this is an interesting observation.
I don't even know if they really works, and how good their service is. But looking at the number of coins/tokens listed on their website, they had the opportunity to improve and gain exposure on the forum, and probably on other sites as well. Your Google search probably proves that they are not active anywhere and have no backlinks to appear on Google search.

However, I did the search as well and noticed that they are listed at Kycnot.me as a Level 3 KYC exchange, and they also have -3 Trust, which you can find here: https://kycnot.me/service/bitswitch-io. They are also listed at Blockspot: https://blockspot.io/exchange/bitswitch-io/

Now I feel like they would have gotten several negative feebacks on their forum profile as well due to freezing funds and Shotgun KYC.
