Renting Money is the thing that makes us consumptive, most people Renting Money is only for useless activities such as buying new gadgets, motorcycles, buying new car, etc, if we are Renting Money and used effectively such as adding business capital, of course this is good and appropriate.

this is not always the case, in fact renting goods that are always used is a waste, such as housing, gadgets, vehicles and other items that have become basic necessities in everyday life, in fact buying them includes cost savings.
Usually the people who rent something important are those who have enough money to buy it.
I agree if it is said that renting is a waste, but that's not all things, there are some things that are really better to rent than to buy, things we don't always use.

Renting a home can be seen as an inevitable waste of money by some, as the money spent on rent is not building equity or ownership in a property. However, there are situations where renting can be a more financially sound decision. If someone is unsure of their future plans or does not have the financial stability to afford a down payment on a home, renting may be the better option. Renting can provide flexibility in terms of location and lifestyle. Renters are not tied down to a specific property or location for an extended period of time, which can be beneficial for those who value mobility and change. Ultimately whether renting is a waste of money depends on individual circumstances and priorities. It is important to weigh the pros and cons of renting versus owning a home before making a decision.

Renting to increase business capital is certainly very appropriate and also very reasonable because the goal is to make more money with this capital. But if renting is only for consumption, I think it makes no sense because in the end we have to pay for what we have rented. But that doesn't include when someone just wants to rent a car and a specific place to do a job because in the end he just pays the rent and returns the car to its original owner.

this is not always the case, in fact renting goods that are always used is a waste, such as housing, gadgets, vehicles and other items that have become basic necessities in everyday life, in fact buying them includes cost savings.
Usually the people who rent something important are those who have enough money to buy it.
I agree if it is said that renting is a waste, but that's not all things, there are some things that are really better to rent than to buy, things we don't always use.
There are indeed things that are better rented than bought if it is only to be used once in a lifetime. But if it's things that are often used and consumed every day, I don't think it's very good to rent every day because we need to buy them and make them as private owners so that they can be used or consumed every day without having to pay rent. And it's true that it's a form of savings for everyone in their life as you say, because everyone will experience waste when they have to continue to pay rent on what they use every day.

Renting a house on average has been experienced by every human being who has a mediocre economic income, but that doesn't mean that every money we spend every month/year is an act of waste, many people who rent a place to live are forward-thinking for their future.

By renting a house someone can think of working hard to earn their economy, they think it is impossible forever we live in a state of living in a rented place, a lot can be done for €25,000.
Example:
If you spend €25,000 in 6 years, that means you spend €347/month in 72 months=6 years.
If, you are thinking of looking for a credit house with installments of €347/month in 6 years, maybe you should do it, in my opinion, a simple type of house can already be with installments of that size, automatically within 6 years you already have your own home, if you think rent is wasteful.

Returning to the concerns raised by the OP, when the location of one's home is highly incompatible with the workplace, it inevitably results in additional daily expenses for the individual. This is quite understandable, as urban housing prices are significantly higher compared to rural areas.

If you work in the city while residing in a village, there will be extra costs incurred every day for commuting to work. This leads to an inflated budget for housing. Taking into account the nature of one's occupation and the extent of their needs greatly influences the decision-making process in determining whether to rent a home or pursue a mortgage.

Well, this is also happening to me right now. Incidentally, I am not married and have no inheritance from my parents. My job is far from my parents' house, so I automatically have to rent in the city and work assignments also change every year, so I haven't prioritized buying a house. Because there are concerns as you convey.

But even if I have the chance, I still choose to rent while saving. I will buy land first, build the house gradually (literally). The important thing is that the house is safe from the heat and rain first, the electricity is on, and there is plenty of clean water. Why wake up alone? Have surveyed public housing that is affordable, but the specifications of the building are very far from expectations. If we build our own house, we know our building materials, it takes more effort, but it's so worth it. If there is more fortune, you can continue to make what is still lacking, if you don't have money, stop first. Because if we build our own house without credit, we wake up without worrying about the bank confiscating the house.

So renting as a waste really all depends on each individual person, because only we can analyze our own finances and use them wisely. because listening to other people's opinions is not necessarily what we can apply too.

Not everyone can afford a house and that's why renting of apartment are options available. If you're a single individual without any family living with you I think renting an apartment is the better option. Owning a house should only be considered when you have a family and it shouldn't be down without the approval of your spouse because she mightn't like the house you bought and won't want to raise a family in the house.

Don't own a house until you're married so the both of you can choose the house to buy together and that's if you have the money to finance the buying of the house. For those that aren't capable, they should continue renting until they get better paying jobs to own a house.

There are some disadvantages to renting, besides to its many advantages. If everyone has enough money, they will definitely decide to buy a property. Because having your own home allows you to feel safe, comfortable, and secure without having to worry about paying every month. When you buy a house, you will pay it once, but when you rent, you'll pay every month. Even if renting a place appears to be less expensive, there is no guarantee that the rent will remain constant over the years. When you rent, the largest issue you may encounter is that the landlord will set the regulations because it is his property, not yours. While renting you help someone to pay off loan and getting nothing for yourself. However, this is my perspective, and for whatever reason, I believe that owning a home is the best option for the future, especially if you have already started a family.

If you're young and haven't inherited a property from your ancestors, chances are that you're forced to rent. Personally, I've been renting for over 6 years and have been living with my girlfriend for the last 4, sharing rent and utilities. Overall, we've both spent over €25,000 together, and after spending all this money, you're practically left with nothing and may be subject to looking for a new house at any moment.

The average rent for a one-bedroom apartment is between €300 and €400 at best; thus, I was thinking that taking a loan is as costly as paying rent per month, but after 15-20 years, you end up with a house. My main concerns are the following: First, if you're in a long-term relationship like myself, you can never be 100% sure that you'll be with that person in 20 or 30 years from now, which might prevent you from opting for a loan. Secondly, you need to be certain that the location or city of the property to be bought is convenient for future job offers and so on. Thirdly, because a loan is a many-year commitment, there's no guarantee that you'll be able to afford the monthly payment 15 years from now.

On top of that, finding the ideal house as a renter is almost impossible; there's a lack of housing, and rents are extremely expensive and unreasonable at the same time. We had a difficult time finding a house recently, and it's far from ideal. There is now a new government-funded loan program that is about to start, funding up to 75% of the loan interest-free while the rest is funded by private banks and is subject to a relatively low interest rate. This led me to think about taking a loan and purchasing an average two-bedroom apartment, but I have the concerns that I voiced earlier.
A house is an essential thing for a human being which simultaneously provides security and peace of mind. So a house is very necessary for living. From my point of view doing anything with a life partner (wife) is relatively easy. But doing things like building wealth through partnerships with relationships that have no foundation is a little risky. For that there are two options ahead that is: First you must understand your girlfriend as well as yourself that is it possible to stay with her for the rest of your life? Although no one can tell about the distant future. And the second is to move towards bank loans.

Yeah, having your own home makes it easy to maintain security and watch over your properties. it also saves you cost cumulatively. If you calculate how much we pay for rent in a year and for 10 years such money can be used to buy a good apartment but the question is would the cost of buying a new apartment now and 10 years be the same? The answer is no, of course, the cost of getting an apartment a decade from now would be greater than what it costs today and I am saying, the best option now is to venture into a business that can give you money to buy an apartment and as well sustain us. This means renting an apartment should be what we should focus on so that we can accumulate enough investment and savings to grow financially.

Buying your own house must need to adjust because first you must need to consider what are the things you need, and also you need to pay other fees related to electricity wirings, water, and etc. or else you will buy a house which is ready to use or you want to have your own house from a scratch, I'm not professional with in terms of real state but I know you need to pay for owning a house. Here in my country most of them are renting a house and then if they can afford now while they are renting is they can now transfer once its finished you don't need to hurry things also you can now knows what are the things you've need with your girlfriend you can discover more.

I can say that everything is relative. Sometimes renting indeed is a waste of money, sometimes people can afford their own property, sometimes people dont like to stick to one place. I live in 30min ride till sea, but prefer to go on a vacation abroad and spend time at the beach. Dont you think this is illogical? When I have my own beach nearby, but prefer different? Even though it is not a big difference between them? Sand is the same everywhere. Regards renting, if I had to, I would rent a place, but I would feel more free if I own the place. Leaving in a rented place gives to many limitations. I know that many would not agree with me, but living with limitations in money (mortgage) is better than living with more money, but isnt able even to redecorate place or change basic furniture.

That's why it's okay to at least start renting a smaller house rather than an extravagant one because that way, you have a roof over your head but at the same time, you will also have the money to be able to save up for when you want to buy a house or finance a house through a housing loan.

There are pros and cons of renting and buying a house. The renting vs buying can depend upon the price, your job prospectus as well as the interest rate from the banks. There are many calculators like this one from nytimes that may help you find the difference in cost
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2024/upshot/buy-rent-calculator.html

But having a home might have many other emotional advantage like you have a place to call home, your children can inherit the property after you. Even though the value of land and house fluctuates, a home would also be dear to you and most people are unlikely to sell it unless they have to leave permanently.

If you're going to do it until your retirement then yes it's a waste of your money and time, not to mention that the only person that will benefit in that set up is only the landlord. That's why it's okay to at least start renting a smaller house rather than an extravagant one because that way, you have a roof over your head but at the same time, you will also have the money to be able to save up for when you want to buy a house or finance a house through a housing loan.
Just preparing for a carefree old age may include the purchase of commercial and residential real estate. Renting these premises not only now, but also in the future will bring a certain stability to the financial well-being of the family. So we need to be more pragmatic about this. Of course I can hold my assets until Bitcoin reaches 1 million, but I can do otherwise and spend some money on real estate now at 45. In this matter, the correct distribution of your funds comes into force

Not totally a waste of money cause you rent it to have a roof for your family, even though its just temporary. If renting is all you can afford as of now go for it, not everyone can afford to buy a house. Slowly pleple can save for their dream house while planning it in their rented home. although some money can be allocate to your future house rather renting a house or an apartment. Depending on people's choice and situation.

I would suggest buying an apartment, or a house. However, the worries you have remain worries until that happens. However, if you own an apartment, you already own an asset. If something happens, you can sell the apartment. It will be a big loss if you don't make a decision now, and your life has been going on for 20 to 30 years. well, you still don't have anything, in fact the costs you incur may be more. however, these are just suggestions, as I also plan to own a home. It's the same as having a long-term investment.

The renting system was introduced a long time ago and has helped people have a roof over their heads since, when you look at the amount you would pay only to build, everything that has an advantage also has a negative. Having your own home will undoubtedly make you feel safer, but one thing that will really ease your mind is the amount of money you'll need to pay each month or year to maintain your apartment. Rent increases are so frequent that we're not sure when they will stop because expenses for living keep rising.  thing keep adding up money in the market and i wonder were we are heading to and another problem is people always want to make money.

The rent will rise gradually according to when the landlord wishes, so it is preferable to have your own. For the most part, all you can do is obtain a plot of land, and even if you are renting, you can begin developing yours gradually, and before you know it, the project will have progressed far enough that you will be able to move to your own home and be free of paying rent. And if you look at the regulations that some landlords impose, they are purely for the purpose of making their tenants uncomfortable. renting helps but the best thing will still be owning your own home, because you wont be regulated when you are in your own house so owning will still remain the best.

the thing is house prices skyrocket, average people can't afford home, it'd be great if we can own a home after all its property that many people said to be only growing up.
but if we can't afford it then what the use.
but i agreed, if we can buy home or apartement it'd be a massive heavy weight off our shoulders, but the price just too much for us to be able to afford.
there's even news that says the newer generation including millenials aren't gonna be able to afford a property unlike the generation before.
the situation is so unfit that we can't afford to buy a small house just for the sake of living, just keep working to make landlords richer and richer.

People rent only when they have no option. And in the case of house rent, if a tenant does not pay the house rent properly, then if he is evicted from the house with a notice, there is nothing a tenant can do. Thinking long term I can call renting a waste of money. Let's say you are on a tenancy for 15 years, so if you could have paid off the bank loan with the money you have to pay the landlord every month, you could have owned the house at some point. Your family could enjoy it. But when you retire after renting a house for a long time you can imagine how stressful it is for a man to have little living space.

But if I think about that in the long run, I would find it more profitable to take a loan than to rent a house there. And if it happens that I have to stay in a place for a short time and have to change places then that is a different matter. The main thing is that when to rent and in which situations renting is justified will depend on the person's overall situation.
