This can be said to be an extreme condition for bitcoin users, let's say you are doing research on the accessibility of bitcoin for people in areas with very inadequate power sources. If you do manage to make some bitcoin transactions out of necessity, it will set the tone for the future for anyone in a similar environment.
By the way, how do you get internet signal?

There will always be "white spots" on Earth, where there will be difficulties with bitcoin due to the lack (limitation) of electricity or the Internet. The distribution of people around the planet is uneven and therefore there will be regions like yours where there are power outages. What can be done about it? Adapt by providing yourself with electricity using alternative sources, such as the same generator or solar panels, or move to places where the infrastructure is better established.

You can also do it like this:
- when you have electricity, you save a copy of the forum (or other resource related to crypto) on your PC (using special programs) and read / study info about bitcoin when your electricity is turned off.

Not all network are very good in signal here, but their is a precise I make use of that the signal is better for the Internet. The major hassle is not having steady power supply for the living here.

Isn't the option of buying a battery powered by solar energy to charge your phone cheaper than buying a generator? You don't need much to learn, you need a phone and a good internet connection.
Electricity and the Internet are not a problem in learning Bitcoin, but investing will require a lot of money from you, because buying one Bitcoin will cost you a lot according to your country.
After you have a stable internet all you will need to start learning from good sources.

This is not a limitation of Bitcoin but rather your current situation. You shouldn’t push yourself to learn Bitcoin if you are on the secluded area away from the internet. Investing Bitcoin is not a must if your current situation is not suitable for it. What’s your main goal on studying Bitcoin? To become developer or investors? Because you can buy and hold Bitcoin by just traveling on your capital to buy and store it in your wallet to hold. It doesn’t need to be check most of the time if your main goal is just to invest.

You can also download all the ebooks related to Bitcoin then study offline in your island.
Honestly, I think he should. He's clearly capable if not only for the fact that he doesn't have consistent running electricity. Generators like that do not come cheap so I guess he can stand to dedicate a few hours of his time and his life learning about bitcoin, so that when he moves to a more industrialized area, he wouldn't be as misinformed that much. I think he's inspiring to say the least, and to shut down a dream like that just because of his circumstance instead of giving him moral support is a little bit cruel don't you think?

This is what I am thinking. These days you can buy a cheap solar system - panel, batteries, inverter or all-in-one.
Generator is quite expensive if you have no budget for this. At least with solar panels, the source of energy is always free.
I hope the OP can read this suggestion as for sure solar energy is cheaper than generator if you are just setting up like 200-W solar panel.
Check also the wind turbine option. You can already run hybrid sources of energy these days. You can connect both wind turbine and solar panel in one MPPT.
