I strongly disagree with you on the bases that one must suffer loss if the person invest on Crypto with a borrow money or with a loan. If you take a loan of $200 to pay back $210 within two months or depends on the agreement between the lender and the borrower. And you are good in trading. My gee, you will make a enough profit to pay back the loan. And if you want to invest you go for government loan which you can pay back in 3-5 years time. And by then crypto price have gone up.

But if it is an individual loan, it is not advisable to take it because you want to invest unless you have calculative risk measure to analyze the market to invest. And also if you have other means to pay the loan then you can take the loan and invest so that in case you loss from the investment you can still pay it from the other source.

The reason on why you should not get a loan in order to invest into something is due to its unpredictable nature. Imagine, you are risking a loan, which must be paid in a definite time, in something that is very unpredictable and risky in terms of profit. To be honest, you are definitely worsening your current financial position in the event that you attempt such act.

Well, that's obvious since we already know how risky investing in bitcoin is, The market price is so volatile that you could either earn or lose money in just a tiny amount of time.

Investing in cryptocurrency is just like gambling your money since no one actually can predict have the market will move so it is always a risk to invest and there was no certainty that you could get your money back or earn a profit. That's why a lot of expert says that you should just invest a small percentage of your money in bitcoin or any cryptocurrency because the money you invest is not guaranteed to earn like some lucky guy who won the lottery on bitcoin.
