Are there gambling games/sports that suits a particular gender the more?

In our present generation none that I can think of, we are living in a gender equality generation, if men can do it women can do it too, and if women can do it, men can do it also, it's not also profitable or will it gain attention if a sport specifically targets a specific gender, in our new generation, all sports are open to any gender, it used to be boxing and weightlifting for men but this category or sports have been conquered by women also.

I must say all gambling games at the moment can be equally played both by men and women. Gone are the days where men would only excel, and women are only left at homes watching their kids. This time, everyone is free to participate in sports games as long as they can be qualified for it. Because if men can do wresting, well women too have their own version when it comes to wresting. Even in car or motor racing games, women are also entitled to join as long as they have the skills for it. Even in beauty pageants, men and women can both participate now as there are searches for mr and ms now, unlike before that it used to be for single women out there.

currently women have been able to participate in all sports, even in MMA we see women fighting and showing that they are strong, but there is a sport in which I don't see many women, for example:

- car racing, I don't see many women interested in participating in car racing, I even wondered if there were any car racing competitions for women

- card games such as poker and others, are games in which you don't see many women playing, this shows that women are not very interested in playing because

From my own experience, I don't think any casino suit any gender. We are having different sports which we are interested in, so I think it's everyone's choice to decide on the gambling game to play, but generally we all know that male gamble more than female, but everyone is have the right to choose. Basically we know football is for male, but I know some female that always prefer gambling on football matches, so I think everyone is having equal right to choose the game he or she will place bet on.

No such thing I guess. There's no such thing as gender-specific in sports so I doubt with sportsbetting regarding this concern. In terms of other gambling games, everyone is okay with cards, slots, and roulettes. Not to marginalize but if females tend to prefer games without complexity, what do you think about slots? But still it does not mean that it woll suit females more simply because we have our own preferences. Bottomline is that, gambling is for everyone who would want to take risk. Nah, I don't think there is a gender specific games, all our equal when you play poker with friends, or when you sit at a barracat table or in a blackjack. Same with slot game, maybe there is a theme that suit others more but I do believed that the difference is very small.

And just like when we hear women winning lotto as well. I think it's more of the psychology of gambling per se, as humans we are all attracted to that one thing we have in our minds, that is just to win big when we play regardless of what kind of games we play and our gender.

There is no such thing as gender suiting referring to specific gambling. Gamble as they want regardless of gender.

I argue Poker is more equal because the basic game isnt too complicated, success is largely about reading your opponents in some way.  Women and men can both be good or bad at reading people so thats the gambling game I'd say is pretty equal.   The main disqualifier is really self choice of whether you are really interested in poker or not, some people will only want to play in person I think and in this game that is very relevant.

Gambling games hasnt really have that kind of gender-based thing and its free for all and there's no such thing about prohibitions and limitations on what gender would really just be able to play.

We've got WNBA and MMA that has women on it. So, basically, in those sports we can say that there's gambling attached to it.

With that in regards, that means that there's really no gender specific or preference in gambling. We can just say in general that we have the liking for what we're gambling with and there's no issue whether you're a man or woman.

In terms of sports, there might be borders before but as time passes by, it slowly evolves and some famous men's sports do now have women's counterparts like women's basketball, women's boxing, women's MMA, and honestly, these top leagues involving women are famous and popular.

In terms of betting, should be no border for an obvious reason regardless of gender, everyone is free to bet.

I even bet before on Ronda Rousey vs Holly Holm but loses it as I didn't expect an upset win by the latter.

The answer is simple. The games which are watched more by women, for sure more women will bet on them as compare to men.

For instance, we have women and men cricket matches but i can say that more betting take place by men in Men's cricket matches and they hardly place bet on women cricket matches.

Similarly, women will usually be interested in watching the women's cricket and place bet on them too.

I don't think it's a matter of who gambles more, men or women, but rather in the context of where both women and men gamble, which would each gender prefer more to gamble with instead. And I wouldn't really consider gambling as an "alternative source" of income, alternative sources should be instances where the money comes in at a stable rate, even if it was a low amount. Not to mention in gambling you'd often let money go out more than go in.

Gambling is not gender based, gamble with the games you have fun with while playing.

How can you say that? It is actually a very important question... because third party developers have to determine what their target market wants and that will determine what kind of games they will develop.

I posted this question to my female family members and they said they are watching any Sport that interest them... and that Sport are not based on gender, but rather on personal preference.

Sports game does not have a gender prescription to the players as long as they can represent and qualify to all of the details requirements they can play in sports game, but of course to make it fair to the whole management and another competitor still good to set a side for the criteria of the gender like for male and female category even there's another gender still it will be added in their current gender they have to make sure its a fair fight to everyone, all of the players comes in a training and work hard into their designated sports.

I doubt that there are currently any gambling games or sports which are specifically targeted towards different genders but then again, I could be wrong, since we know that psychological tricks like with specific sounds and lights are used to lure people into gambling more, so why not a psychological approach towards genders?

That being said, I think the male gender are risk takers, more so than the women. So it might now be worth creating gender approaches when most gamblers are men. Its better to market to the male. We see this for example in games like slots where women are used sexually sometimes to create a more enticing game.

In conclusion, obviously men are the main "customers" in the gambling world. I think we can all agree on that.

I have to agree with that too as men are mostly the risk takers and would always want to gamble things  than to stay in their comfort zone. Although I’m not saying that women are not risk takers, but maybe they are less risk takers than men. However, I believe the gambling world these days is more on equality, if men can gamble, women can also gamble if they want too. But it’s mostly the men who get more lucky in gambling since they are more exposed to gambling compared to women.

There are still men in gymnastics, though there are competitions for only girls, so it is still possible, like women's basketball or football, but it is still not gender-specific; it is like there are only editions of the sports that only women will play. There are no sports that are for women only, as sports were made for gender equality, and I don't see any reason why they should be inclusive of women. But there are specific sports where most of the gamblers are women, like womens basketball and football.
