OP are you the dev? If so:
- would the tx cost more with every token added? I have cents worth.
- Would it work on MetaMask but with imported address from MEW?

I'm not dev but I can help with these questions.

— Yes, it will cost more. You will have to pay gas fees for each token being transferred.

I wouldn't bother transferring or selling cents worth tokens tbh. Transfers/sells cost couple bucks on ethereum which is not worth it.

— Yes, it will work.

Thanks for the responses! Yeah, I really just wanted to do spring cleaning as I made a bad choice of registering one of my original MEW wallets for ENS -- and then discovering later it's just full of junk (and continues to attract junk every now and then).

Suppose I'll just have to ignore them, more a cosmetic issue for me.

I see how this could be useful, but only if you are lucky enough to discover that someone is in the process of emptying your account. It would also help if you mistakenly connect you wallet where you shouldn't have. Obviously, that other person would have to do it manually one coin at a time. Usually, people wake up to discover their wallets have been emptied. If a service like this is available to help protect your account against hackers, the same fraudsters could also use it to empty your accounts faster. Unless, of, course, they don't have even better bots and automated software.

This is a lazy way to transfer your tokens from one wallet to another, you could be using it and recommending it to your friends without you and your friend properly educated on the risk because originally we transfer our tokens from one wallet to another by manually doing it, a new application even if its open source can have an update and upgrade and it could have a back door to hack a wallet.
I don't know its potential but I prefer to do things the old and safe way.

Me too, but this isn't meant for people like me and you and others that aren't that into altcoins. If you have 3 tokens in your account altogether, it doesn't take much time to move them elsewhere. But imagine having 50 different alts and shitcoins. Things become exponentially harder then.

Using any 3rd-party service that requires your private keys and seeds is a risk. I am sure that is needed here otherwise the transactions couldn't be processed. It should be used at your own risk and knowing what could go wrong.
