Hello

So I will make this simple. I am a long time VIP member with over $500,000 in bets on duelbits .
Recently when I was playing  on their site they did something very close to scamming so I told them that I thought they where scamming there customer and was closing my account . Before I closed my account I had a small balance left and wanted ti withdrawal . As I did this it was not much just 10.46$ they said they were going to keep my money and demanded kyc. Now this s after I have bet over 10k a week fir the last year . They got angry I called them out and then decided to demand kyc knowing I am closing my account after I withdrawal this small 10$ withdrawal.

This site is suppose to be a large reputable casino but there behavior is a joke and beyond unprofessional.
I said I was not doing any kyc and now they have said ten there keeping the money

Proof : chat log https://pasteboard.co/KZIXfxHxWtks.png
Proof withdrawal : https://pasteboard.co/Qdrr0oQvc1mg.png

I am happy I close my account before something happened with a larger amount of money

Boy, you're on the wrong board.

If you want to press charges, then you must publish all materials on the "Reputation" board.
You can also contact their contact person here on the forum, this usually works....

I can't seem to follow the story but was asking a KYC was close to scamming? I don't think Duelbits will hurt their reputation for hundred of dollars in here, and the proofs provided doesn't tell that much though for the whole story. Since they opened up an AML and KYC policy maybe they suspected a wrong activity on your account. No, casinos asking for KYC isn't close to scamming if they just wanted to dela with the regulations, they're licensed after all.

You may have missed some points in the ops message, according to him KYC was demanded after he inform support of his intention to close his account and wanted to withdraw his remaining $10 from the account and even ops still said he lack evidence to back his claims, and that lead us to the question of who is telling the truth since Duelbit side of the story is not hard and ops failed to supply any evidence to support his claim.
* Ops your story is not enough valid reason to call out Duelbits as scamming customers, since their have long track record of good reputation to risk it all away on a small amount as $10.
* lesson for you ops, before you mention your intention of account closer to any casino, make sure to have withdraw all your balance from the site.
*Since duelbits is a KYC casino you should be ready to provide them with all necessary detail the requested for at any time.

I see you misunderstood . I accused them of doing something else Scammy Unrelated to the kyc. After I said I wanted to close my account they demanded KYC for a small $10 closing account withdrawal $10 is a jokingly small amount for me but if they’re willing to steal $10 why wouldn’t they steal more money

And I have Provided some proof if you look at the screenshots I sent

But They blocked me from chat after I posted this accusation so I literally can’t access any of my chat logs anymore

Duelbits will never reply Because they don’t really care about the reputation they just do whatever they want

They suspected nothing wrong with my account before they requested KYC I had already told them I was closing my account because I thought their site was a scam.  After this I was withdrawing the small $10 left over money. They demanded KYC.  They closed my account like I asked but they decided they’re gonna keep my money unless I provide them with kyc

Have you read their TOS before doing such rush decision? If not, then I suggest you take a look and read it from there.

Basing on your conversation, the live support is polite enough to turn down your request and it is backed up with enough reason such as the company policy. It really is included in most casino websites that whenever they deem necessary to ask for KYC, they have the right to do so because they stated it in the terms to be agreed upon and you happen to agree with it. Unless you didn't really take your time to read, then it's your fault.

I don't see any unprofessionalism in the chat screenshot provided. It just seems that you don't totally understand the policy they laid before you to react such. You also accused them of "scamming" with no enough proof, just basing on your mere observations that could be wrong because of misinterpretation.

And I guess you OP needs to review the self-exclusion policy of Duelbits: https://duelbits.com/responsible-gambling maybe you've never come across to read it. If you said you wanted to close your account (self-exclusion) then it was stated on the terms that you shouldn't left any balance at all but if your request on closing your account and wanted withdrawal was at the same time, I don't see a huge issue at all for you OP. If, the request to withdraw was after the account self-exclusion and your not yet done with specific time period of the requested self-exclusion, then, I'd say Duelbits was right on in here.

I see you’re not from an English speaking country you obviously can’t understand what I’m saying so I’m no longer going to deal with you.  Or your a shill for duelbits.  Because what happened is obviously very scammy. After I wanted to close my account they ask for kyc . Not in the years time we’re I bet hundreds of thousands of dollars. Why would they need kyc ? I think they sites a scam because they run very sketchy casino games. I told them this and then they asked for after I was closing my acccount .

Chronological steps

1. Said I think there casino games are scammy
2 said I was closing my account and tried to withdrawal small 10$ leftover balance
3 account closed
4 after all that they then asked for kyc and said they where going to keep money if I did comply

Yes their terms of service say they can ask for KYC any time it also says in there KYC if they want they can take your money for any reason they see fit. Literally says that they can steal your balance for any reason . So please shuf up about there terms of service . Doesn’t make it any less scammy and unprofessional

Yeah so obviously I requested the withdrawal before I closed my account you literally can’t ask for a withdrawal after you close your account. Second Self  Exclusion is not the same as closing my account because the site is criminal.  Self exclusion is literally for people that have a gambling problem.  I didn’t stop playing on the site because I had a gambling problem I stopped  playing on their site because they’re a scam I still played on several other sites.    The reason they’re trying to steal the money is because they know I’m closing my account because I told them after I’m taking my money out I’m closing my account because I think  you’re a scam. They’re causing problems on purpose is not because they’re trying to follow their terms of service it’s not because they think there’s anything suspicious it’s because I told them I thought they were a scam

Your hostility comes of as if you are the one at fault. I wouldn't be surprised if you lost good amount of money gambling at duelbits and created new account here to get heat of your chest.

Please stop shilling. Yes I’ve lost tons of money at duelbits . That’s literally the whole point of gambling you will always loose money in the end or else casinos would not be running . But as you literally did not comment on the issues looks like your a shill of duelbits or spamming to get your post count up . It’s pretty cut s dry there being unreasonable and trying to steal a joke amount of money  10$ I have provided evidence .

So you're a big shot then and you hurted them for good with your words and now they're stealing that money left on your account because you said that to them? I don't think they will steal that $10 and hurt their reputation for the sake of it. You can close this topic as it will not go any further , you're just being outrageous for a $10 or just can't accept you lost a ton of money gambling at Duelbits and you're saying they are responsible for it and open this topic so you can point the fault to them. Next time provide a convincing proof. No, I'm not shilling Duelbits. End.

It's simple, Undergo KYC procedure to recover your 10$ money. The screenshot of your withdrawal is proof that you are not being scammed and you are just dumb to understand how KYC policy works. You withdraw a lot of big money in the past without a problem and right now they are just asking KYC which is normal to regain full functionality of your account. Your case is very simple but clearly you are scared to undergo KYC that's why you choose to attack them as retaliation for their legal action.

The guy is an idiot he claimed to have withdrawn 6 digits and yet when support ask for KYC because it's in their terms he called it a scam casino, I cannot understand the logic, a casino asking for KYC is natural if you cannot withdraw thousands of dollars then you can call it scammer if you want to withdraw your $10 then complete the KYC
you should be proud that you've been able to withdraw over $500k, try this on 1xbit and see if you can withdraw that amount.
