Hello cygan.

I am MrallIn, but I will need to do a better job the next time if I really want to get one of those nice Icarus cards, to leave in last place leave me a really bad taste, so, I promise this Sunday I will clean my reputation.

Not sure how you guys here think about knockout bounties in poker, but I like that format a lot. Wouldn't it be nice to have 25% of the prize pool be distributed to knockout bounties for every player? It adds an additional touch of excitement to the game.

I love the KO feature, so +1 to this idea, not sure if it's late to implement something like this, but maybe that could be a feature for the last game. Let's see if any other users support the idea.

About the tournament i have one idea, i dont know if you like but, i really like the KO tournaments, that its a small prize for took out a player. I think we can implemented this easily, i dont know how much but like $5 usd/eur in each head.

I think this can make more spicy the tournament and everybody can win something. Lets me know if you agree or not?.

Lets see how much people we can reach this time, but i hope we can be more guys, well at least we have one more.

Nice for me to start with 9 points so i can be more confortable about qualy for the final tabble.

I have been preaching this idea since few previous series but it seems most are not really into this but Im totally down for this. Anyway, there are only 4 rounds before the final table so we might be able to use the KO format for the last round if most people want this format ( as some sort of tryout for the new format ) or probably scrape this idea for the next series in case if we have another in the future

I think if you guys decide to go with the PKO structure it will lower the amount of people paid out usually as well as I think it can only be 50% split. 50% of your buy in is bounty and 50% to prize pool. I do not think they can make it 25/75.

You could go with 75% / 25% KO and it would still be a little bit more exciting. But I am all ok with sticking to what we have for now. I am just saying that it's a lot of fun to have these on the edge situations where people have a hand they might call or fold, but then there is this bounty waiting.

But sure, let's go for now and hopefully we can get more people on board next time.

10 minutes is a big PLUS! My best hand last time was 66 and I only won with it because nobody else went for a bet. Turbo tournaments are all about luck because the often times the distributed hands are skewed in terms of winning probability before the flop.

Ha! Nono, it's ok, I am playing poker for an eternity now! I know what to expect from probabilities. But short-time blind levels are increasing the luck factor by a lot. You can't just be patient and wait for some opportunity or position plays. Of course on another day it might be me who has the nice hands all the time while the blind levels are short. That's why I am all for the 10 minutes.

But again @darxiomi, I never said it was luck, in fact I am convinced it was only skill!

Whether luck, skill, short blind levels, it certainly was fun, that counts!

I don't like turbo games, it's all about luck because we are forced to play faster and risk all-ins with any good cards... any pair is good in those moments. So 10 minutes sounds great, I guess this time we will play some "real poker".

Agree! As some others already stated let's finish what we started, with new series (I hope there will be new series) we can have some pool, and if the majority agrees we can play KO. I would vote for that.

Hey! first of all greetings, arallmuus, the last man that won championship BPS under the old format.

I think the next series (4Q+FT) that comes you can include that format with KO, they could alternate.

In the same way, I like OMAHA and I would like to see a series of 4 games where we alternate Holdem and OMAHA, for example.

Oh, yes, another player with another request, I know that would further distance the field, but if you can an Omaha series under buy-in $50 bigstack scheme I would play it, a field at least 6 register.

There is no problem for me to play any time structure, but I think we should maintain the initial conditions, time is always a preponderant factor in tournaments, not only for the game itself, but also for the one available to play, in In that sense, at least it's one more hour of play now, that context is not necessary for you (IPS players), but there are press reading us, fans, fans, etc. (    )

The tournament is already done to 10 minutes, last time I played from my Smartphone and it is not the best way to play "The  ICP" or any serious Poker game, but given the circumstances, the commitment to play with the community cannot be left behind for these trifles , but for this Sunday... I doubt that one more hour of playing with the cell phone will be repeated, and we add that in these parts we are on "festive" dates, so, Sunday will be complicated, we will see, as always good luck for those who play this Sunday, hopefully we will be there .

Well so the 17 participants for the other day it wasent so bad finally, and average start. Season one start was massive.

I hope to see more faces on Sunday. Today im encouraging in Betnomi chat guys to come and play.

All the same, 6 minutes for level 1 is not enough. I did not have time to enjoy the game during these 2 hours.

Seemed like players didn't like the buggy software at the time among other issues that they may have experienced. We definitely lost lots of interest in that season.

7 of us registered already for this weekends tourney. Pretty solid being as this is only wednesday.

I am very late to this party, but since I'm in the evil usa and am prohibited from playing, I just want to say what a remarkable job both @cygan and @Betnomi have done here after finally catching up on this thread!  

I wish I could play, but that is ok, I'm very happy/pleased to see Project Ic∧rus already making progress!
