With how the centralization of any crypto service goes currently, KYC might be a normal thing to expect now in crypto.

These crypto-gambling sites in order to be fully legal businesses really need to cooperate with the government's law

There might be advantages and disadvantages but what else we can do if KYC will really become a necessary thing now on gambling sites?

I'm sure you know the repercussions of what you're intending to you just incase to finally decide to do it. And I also want you to know that there is no reason for you to shu away from KYC when you actually don't intend to indulge in any illegal act on the account, I have always been in the opinion that because should be told the truth about KYC and let them decide and we also have to understand that it is beyond the powers of the casino to decide if you'll do KYC or not and I think tye casinos are being so considerate enough as they are trying there best to balance the requirements of the security agencies and the demands of it's customers and if you'll agree with me, it's not an easy task.

let's just put it this way, the kyc requirement has been established for valid reasons. so yes, we don't need to question the authorities why they are implementing it on gambling businesses. if you don't want to comply, then go to sites that you think can satisfy your requirements. however, you should know the possible repercussions of such decision. we are already in this stage where authorities are requiring casinos and bookies to implement kyc if they are licensed. so there's no way out anymore from this development.
KYC is implemented for valid reason, same as that people also have reason to stay anonymous while using the gambling platforms.  As suggested it is one's own responsibility to find the platform as per the requirement and use it. In this event most of the platforms provide KYC free withdrawal upto certain limits. Beyond the limits it is a must and need to comply with the terms and conditions for good gambling experience.

Honestly you're better off completing the KYC, and opting for sites that offer KYC privileges, because more often than not sites that do not offer such features turn out to be scam sites or shady casinos that will drain your wallets. Take 1xbit for example. The site has a bad reputation here because of multiple things stemming from scamming their people and the first red flag? You guessed it. The site's lack of KYC features even when you deposit. So not to sound like I'm lecturing you and all but if you'll take my advice and not laze off your precious funds, you'd be keeping them for a long time, without getting hacked or scammed by some dodgy site.

1xbet does KYC and 1xbit will do KYC on some accounts. I feel you should try to find casinos without KYC or very little KYC. Your information is sold and it doesn't matter how reputable. It's a lot of money for low level employees and very valuable to them.

Not limited on gambling platforms but also in exchangers too on which once you do reach out some threshold then you are really that obliged to submit some kyc or else you do know on what would happen.
This is why you should make yourself that prepared that in todays standards and set up where everything could really be asked out.The risk is there but if you arent that minding much about your privacy
and would be minding about on having that entertainment then you wont really be bothered that much. For now we could still play without having KYC unless if you are a whale player
then you would be facing off such main problem.

Sportsbets, Duelbits, Stake - these are some of the casinos that won't ask you for a full KYC which involves submitting documents for the amount you mentioned of withdrawal. But take note that some of your activity might trigger why your account should be subject to KYC.

I can't assure you that you won't encounter any KYC-related stuff on the sites I have mentioned but one thing is for sure here, you can withdraw freely with those sites as long as of course, no strings attached*.
I'd actually just avoid giving recommendations for casinos that ask for KYC "IF NEEDED", they're basically casinos that require you to do KYC sooner or later, and as OP doesn't really want to no matter what, I'd say it's not the ones he's actually looking for.

For the list, I think what @Oshosondy sent gives the best list, I don't particularly use casinos with no KYC so I have no recomms for OP (if freebitco.in counts then that's probably the only one really), but if you do find one you're comfortable with maybe share it here (just in case, you know, I start hating on KYC casinos I use right now). Best of luck!
In fact the casinos mentioned above you are licensed casinos. so it's only natural that one day the casino asks to fill in KYC data and we have to obey to do it. because casinos that have a license usually already have a promise to have conditions to perform KYC on each customer.
for me, actually KYC is not a difficult thing to do, the most important thing is that we know the reasons for asking for KYC such as large withdrawals.

I just like you can't give a casino recommendation without asking for KYC which is really good, because so far I don't really like casinos that are not licensed or don't have a good reputation. So it's hard to give a recommendation.
When it comes to legally operating casinos, I couldn't agree with you more that know-your-customer policies are crucial. The casino's data is safeguarded alongside the player's, so everyone wins. If the casino wants to avoid becoming complicit in any unlawful actions, it must get to know its clients, particularly those making significant withdrawals.

I appreciate your emphasis on recommending only reputable, legally operating casinos. That demonstrates that you play responsibly and with caution. Obviously, not all casinos are created equal, and picking one that is reliable and safe is crucial.

Furthermore, in my opinion, the Know Your Customer procedure is not difficult. Simply verifying your identification and giving some basic personal information is required. For their part, gamers can relax and focus on the games without worrying about their personal information being compromised.

I can understand why whales are not happy with the regulations which are becoming more strict as the regulations are getting similar to what they will have to go through in a fiat casino, but it is not as if the ones which are pushing for those changes are the casinos themselves, governments are the ones which are doing this and as long as they keep an adversarial attitude towards cryptocurrencies there is little hope we could see a reversal on those KYC policies.

The number of no KYC casinos is reducing by the day because the government may no longer tolerate a no KYC casinos because it will be very easily for people to breach the lawsand also syphone funds and use it to bet on casinos. A KYC casinos will make it 2ill make it easier for the government to track down unlawful in betting through various ways.

Like we are seeing such trend was current in many exchanges before but now many no KYC exchanges were all trend and people loves to use them for our safety.

I would disagree with information being safe guarded. It's for sale.
