OLE777 / Ole7.io Stole ~1100 USDT from my balance and banned me

What happened: After ~3 months of playing and two 500 USDT withdrawals later, i managed to win a good sum of 1100 USDT and I requested a new withdrawal. 15 minutes later my withdrawal was cancelled and my account got banned, afterwards they gave me a list of reasons why, but they weren't specific about the reason of the ban.

I've emailed appealing for the ban but no answer was given.

You are not the first one to complain about their shitty services. There is already another scam accusation thread against them on this same first page.
It seems this is the new trend: if you win big then you should verify your identity and blah blah blah..
For the moment I advice every one to stay away from this casino till they come here and resolve all these pending issues.

Or try to post your issue to this thread below so that all your proofs and complaints are in public. And it seems many users are experiencing the same thing based on some user's posts there

The profile already have 1 negative trust but it is related to promoting their business with shill accounts. So if you can provide enough proof ft members will tag him as a scammer.

The profile already have 1 negative trust but it is related to promoting their business with shill accounts. So if you can provide enough proof ft members will tag him as a scammer.

They are active, although they won't be anymore, in a couple of hours. Their officials works at a very slow pace, with working hours only on workdays --and I think is bound by literal work hours according to the timezone they reside-- and took the day off during weekend. When they're on the "opening window" like today --they're online just a few hours ago-- it's still not a guarantee that they'll come with a solutions as they seems still need to rely the message back and forth between the divisions.

As for your suggestion to post on their official thread, OP already did that, both announcing their open accusation and trying to post their issue on the official thread. They're amongst the earliest who raised their complains. It's actually after posting on that thread that the OP were encouraged to make a proper report and accusation on this board so that it can be handled properly --and tidily-- especially as OLE777's thread has became a tangled mess of complains that it starting to get quite difficult to remember whose case is what and which allegations is whom.

I think when Monday ends --as they're about to clock out in a few hours, if they're not already, and will not be back till Monday-- and they're yet to address any of the accusations against them on this board, I'll put a tag as a reminder for active cases.

There is one now buddy [RESOLVED] OLE777 / Ole7.io Claim My Deposit Was Never Received. there are two more to go but I expect some more coming in, they are quite slow to resolve the issue, and yes tagging them will remind them of their accusation, they should at least drop a line on active cases to let us know that they are aware of it and we have something to look forward.

Yeah, What I have seen is that they are very slow to answer some important cases. The possible reason could be the man who is managing their official announcement thread is not a part of the team. Could be hired to manage the thread only. But I'm not sure.

The man (ole777 representative) trying to bring some answers from the team but it does not have enough details for the OP's ban. here is the update by their official account for some cases.

I think they should step up their representatives here so that they would be a bit faster and speedy in responding to their customers since there is every possibility that the one here is not responding early to complaints and enquiries.   However, there have been lots of complaints about this casino but I think they have been able to rectify some while some are still pending which they are still working on and  some are not real  and are those who default the casino policy according to the report from their representative here.  Your case is not a new one like one of the posters say. Just wait and be patient as the representative would respond to you.

I find it surprising that the representative never drop a line in any of the accusations here, but prefer to answer all the accusations in their announcement thread, even though they are pointed out here because of the accusations, he should drop a word in all the accusations here so people will know if they are aware and looking on all these accusations the community will think that they do not want to resolve these issues and because of this the community will tag them.

Is this going to be a trend from now on every time there is a new accusation? this is the concern of spyrosc200 that you will mark this accusation guilty of arbitrage and syndicate betting with no information given, if the complainant is really guilty then show evidence, a little evidence that will not expose the security of the platform, but at least show us something.

Uhh... I think what Carlos tried to say is that he's attending this forum under the capacity of their CM^{1 2} and only have limited info as the decision is made by the other divisions. Yes, it is extremely not ideal as he's basically just relaying messages from sides to sides, and the working hours is a tad bit adding further complication to the resolution and communication with the platform --if only they employs two staffs to work in two shifts-- but he worked as the official of the platform.
