Man, that’s sucks to hear. This is the sort of solution I’d love to see become a reality. It would really be great if there was a way I could mine in up to 115 degree heat using some sort of device. That way I would feel comfortable leaving it outside in the desert to take advantage of our sweet sweet cheap nuclear energy.

They emailed me yesterday and offered to refund my 2000 dollars and gave me a coupon to buy other gear from them.

Once I get the 2000 I will buy a gpu rig as it will be decent gear at a good price if gpus ever mine well again.

Does this mean they are completely scrapping the immersion cooling product? Did they confirm to you that it was issues with shipping or was it issues with the product itself that has cause this failure to deliver? I really hope somebody get this product figured out because I’ve wanted to go immersion cooling for over half a decade now.

So an established company that has done over 14000 orders has held my coin since Jan 24th promised a full refund on July 5th and is yet to pay it.  So Octominer is a fail as of now. Hoping to get a refund and let you all know they refunded me.

This is one more reason to delete the guy that is doing a startup that posted on this thread.


If an established company acts the way they did to me a person that purchased 13 octominer racks from them just think what a startup may do.

I will continue to post in this thread until refunded ( fingers crossed).

More follow up they gave six coupons good value coupons 350 usd.

Since I still have gpus I decided to buy a case using the $350 coupon. so a 600 dollar case became

$356.80 with shipping to me in New Jersey. Gear was in stock I ordered it on August 9th

Took cheap shipping and it was due in 30-40 days which would sept 9 to sept 19

It is now 60 days Oct 10.  I will post to let you know if they send me a case or a refund.

they finally sent me one it had 3 dead psu's in it and 1 good one. But cost was 356 it works fine after I grabbed replacement psu's for 11 a piece on ebay.

So 356+33 = 389 for a fully working case. It earns 2 bucks a day and free heat.
