I had a customer buy a copy of a Steam and as usual, I had them send the deposit to my TH address. Blockexplorer shows the 8btc going to the address and stay there, while TH doesnt show anything on my end. Lately I have had some small issues withy TH, but they were resolved amazingly. Just want to make sure I didnt give someone a free game.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Hi All,

We're experiencing an issue with BTC deposits and the API.

We're looking into it now and hope to an answer plus a fix to the problem ASAP.

Thanks again,

Adam
