That address has only received 0.00659506 BTC before and it has sent it all. It received 0.00659506 BTC on the 14th of January and sent all the coins on 20th of January to another address.

That txid also is not valid.

Why do you think that address has funds? What wallet are you using that shows it has them?

As stated above, such transaction doesn't exist at all and that's why you can't see that on blockchain explorers.
Did you request a withdrawal from a custodial service like an exchange? If so, they haven't broadcasted your transaction.

I'm using BitcoinCore. He is synced. I have now 0.00288374. Transaction not accepted buy any memory pool.

Do you remember such transaction?

If your wallet addresses show a different balance than what they have, that has nothing to do with any exchange.
