I haven't won big on that one, but I have seen a lot of streamers hitting the moon in that game, and the animations are really nice, I highly recommend it to anyone to try it, it is worth a shot and with the right luck, it's a moon for sure.

I like Play'n Go games specially Moon Princess Series, Rise of Olympus Series, Troll Hunter Series, Golden Ticket series and Tome of Madness.  I experience clearing the grid on Moon Princess, Rise of Olympus, Golden ticket 2, Troll hunter 2. 

Clearing the grid on Golden ticket 2 and Troll hunter 2 gives 500x.  While clearing on Moon Princess and Rise of Olympus is dependent on your bet and the multiplier.  I almost got a max win on Rocco Gallo since I got the max amount on the pot money but Rocco does not land.

Once in a while, I play Reactoonz series, Gigantoonz and Wild Frames.

It is really fun to play slots of Play'n Go providers, the biggest multiplier I won on Playn' Go is 1200x+

I still can't forget my best free spin win on Sportsbet and somehow got at least x1000 on Rise of Merlin. I haven't been playing slots recently but I'll give it a go once I become active in the future and earn a bunch of rewards from their clubhouse since they improved it recently. to be honest, I haven't had a good experience getting high multipliers at Play N Go providers. but from a few weeks ago I frequented the Livecasino thread and saw some other members sharing about a good experience on Play N Go with high multipliers, after that I decided to give Rise Of Olympus 100 a try.
several times I always try to play there but maybe I'm not lucky and have never gotten an interesting multiplier, only 100x and I rarely get it.

so I rely more on my luck on buying bonus spins.

Sad to say that I don't have experience winning a decent amount in Play'n Go Games.

Don't want to ruin the thread but just sharing that my favorite game provider, for now, is THUNDERKICK and Rex Hunt is the luckiest game I played there so far. I almost try all their games and able to give me good wins but Rex Hunt is the most awesome game for me. I might be biased because I won there.

I believed the chance of hitting the bonus feature is not because of the game provider but because it's just really tough to hit for others while it's easy on some. Luck-based indeed. I understand why you end up on that observation but still, we can't really compare who's got the better chance rate to hit that bonus feature between Pragmatic Play and Play and Go. Sometimes it takes time or a lot of gameplay before we can develop a liking from another game. Maybe you need to play more Play'n Go games and playing more of it can also increase your chances of winning big prizes. That should be the time to get you addicted on them. But between Play'n Go and pragmatic, I also think that pragmatic is more popular.

Maybe this provider is just good at making good games and the difficulty of the games that they are offering (in terms of winning) aren't also hard as the other gaming providers out there.
