I think the board you are looking for is either Marketplace (Altcoins) or Services depending on whether you are going to offer them altcoins or Bitcoins.

Are you just looking for someone that will help you run it without any payment or it's a paid task that you're offering?
If this is all about content creation and you'll have to post it on a project's Twitter account and you're worrying that you're not a native speaker. You can give it a try. Many social media managers aren't even native speakers but they've studied the language very well. As long as your content is natural and caters to organic engagement to the followers, that's what will matter.
