Everything's too much is bad and it doesn't matter whether you are dealing with gambling or any other things in life which does really need up that control to make things alright because having no control
would really lead you up into lots of mistakes which is something that you dont really want to happen.WHen dealing with gambling then you should really be aware about your finances.Dont make yourself

If you can control gambling by your own strategy then it is good for you and you will get rid of deep gambling addiction. Addiction and psychological help for it is something very important, because it gives people a chance to actually work on things that they can fix, and there is a tangible problem there. The problem is we keep increasing bet size to get more excitement, same level of excitement can't be equal on different bet sizes for many gamblers, we don't want to decrease bet size aka controlling bankroll since we play for fun. As it mentioned before, it is always best option to stop gambling when fun stops. I have no plan to stop my gambling activity because i'm just an occasional gambler. Hence, even often I lose when i'm playing it's not an issue because the money that I spent is the amount that I can afford to lose. 2 days even 1 day a week could still be a problem gambling habit if you spend more then you should for your own security and those who depend on you.
    One guy I used to work with, really nice guy massive dude built like 6'5 Viking who handled all the largest parcels in the warehouse and would go hard drinking the second his pay check hit the bank.  He would spend his entire wages for that week in a day or so and then be stone cold broke for every other day, nothing left to travel to work or eat or smoke he'd run out of all cash and become a roaming monk in the district quite a character.   His parents who fed him made sure he gave them something so he didnt starve but that one day excess was a problem for him.  
   The main element there is drinking, he would gamble some while drunk but mostly I think it was living beyond any reasonable means way too much that was the problem.   Most sensible thing is split the cash up a bit, pay absolute essentials do the food shopping before the beer and gambling budgets as those are just play money; do that much and imo people dont or wont have much of a problem.

Most people i know around always take gambling as a very serious issue and i have this particular friend that always complains to me how he has stopped gambling but from no where you still see him gambling again. Let me tell you, I involved myself with some gambling clubs in my country while studying in college. I had a hard time keeping myself away from these clubs, but I used to go to them occasionally when I was studying at university.
