Multan Sultans vs Rawalpindiz

Today will be the 14th match of Pakistan Super League, the match will be between Multan Sultans vs Rawalpindiz. Multan Sultan has had a great start in this season. So far they have played 4 matches and won 3 matches and lost 1 match. On the other hand, Rawalpindiz has played 3 matches so far but has not won any matches. So this match should be taken seriously by Rawalpindiz's players. Both batting and bowling of Rawalpindiz were not good in the last match. But we have seen that their bowling line is not good because they could not win even after scoring 214 runs. But based on the current performance I want to put the Multan Sultans team ahead, but let's see which team can win today.

I am quite disappointed with performance of Rawalpindiz squad. They have participated in 4 matches but have not managed to win even single one. Today, they also had match against Multan Sultans and their performance was again disappointing in this match as well. Rawalpindiz squad was begun match first with batting inning and batters were managed to collect 182 scores off 20 overs inning. Faisal Akram bowler played crucial role in getting victory and he managed to pick up 4 significant wickets of Rawalpindiz squad. Multan Sultan squad managed to achieve victory with 7 wickets and Rawalpindiz squad faced another defeat. Thanks to Josh Philippe and Sahibzada Farhan batters who built strong batting partnership and both batters played wonderful inning and collected 56 and 68 scores respectively.

Rawalpindiz squad was begun match first with batting inning and batters were managed to collect 182 scores off 20 overs inning. Faisal Akram bowler played crucial role in getting victory and he managed to pick up 4 significant wickets of Rawalpindiz squad. Multan Sultan squad managed to achieve victory with 7 wickets and Rawalpindiz squad faced another defeat. Thanks to Josh Philippe and Sahibzada Farhan batters who built strong batting partnership and both batters played wonderful inning and collected 56 and 68 scores respectively.

Rawalpindiz are almost at the bottom of the points table. They are at the 7th place, and only the Hyderabad Kingsmen are behind them. I find this quite odd that two of the most fancied teams are trailing at the bottom of the table. But then Pindiz need to blame themselves. They got to a decent total of 182/8, and then wasted the opportunity to get two points against their name. Sam Billings and Dian Forrester added valuable runs in the middle overs and it looked as if they may easily cross 200. But in the end their batsmen floundered against Faisal Akram and Arafat Minhas.

In the end the result of the match was as per my expectations. Although it was a batting friendly pitch but the target of 182 runs was not too bad, so we can say Rawalpindiz's bowling line is not good enough. Multan Sultans chased down the target in 16.1 overs. I think even if Rawalpindiz had scored 220+ they wouldn't have won.
However, Rawalpindiz lost 4 matches in a row, now they have 6 matches left so it becomes challenging for them to qualify. If they want to win the remaining matches then their bowling line needs to improve.

In the end the result of the match was as per my expectations. Although it was a batting friendly pitch but the target of 182 runs was not too bad, so we can say Rawalpindiz's bowling line is not good enough. Multan Sultans chased down the target in 16.1 overs. I think even if Rawalpindiz had scored 220+ they wouldn't have won.
However, Rawalpindiz lost 4 matches in a row, now they have 6 matches left so it becomes challenging for them to qualify. If they want to win the remaining matches then their bowling line needs to improve.

Their bowling maybe bad, but the main reason why Pindiz lost was due to their poor batting during the last 4 overs. When Dian Forrester got out, they were 127/6 in 14.5 overs. Ideally they should have  got to a 200 plus total from there. But they kept on losing wickets at regular intervals and could add only 55 runs in the next 5.1 overs. And even that was due to power hitting from Sam Billings, who hardly received any support at the other end. Rishad Hossain and Asif Afridi wasted a lot of balls and failed to give strike to Billings. Credit should be given to the Sultans bowlers as well, especially Faisal Akram.

I cannot understand that what was the need for Yasir to throw his wicket just like Muhammad Rizwan did in the match between Karachi and Rawalpindiz.

First of all, let's see talk about Muhammad Rizwan, when he take few balls of Hassan Ali and understood he is facing a bit struggle to play him in gap, so he had to just tip the bowl and that is it because that time there was no pressure on Pindiz. When you have great start, you can take a single over as running between the wickets so he did very bad and then Yasir too, he played an irregular short for no reason to smash the bowl but totally useless and Karachi knows how to keep the momentum in their side, they gave another over to Hassan Ali and of course batsmen were struggling to play him.

Peshawar Zalmi played only two games so far, while even Multan Sultan played 5 matches and are on the top of the table but so far the previous performance of Peshawar Zalmi was magical. In fact Peshawar played just a single game because their second match against Islamabad United was covered in rain so let's see this time what will they do. Already Zalmi smashed Pindiz (new team), and tomorrow they are going to face another new team, Hyderabad Kingsmen, and I think, of course, Peshawar Zalmi will win.

Yes, You are right these 2 new team Hyderabad Kingsmen and Rawalpindiz give disappointed performance in his first season of league they lost back to back matches without any fightback. Muhammad Rizwan is talented wicket keepers batter but their team didn't played well so far in this PSL session also like Marnus Labuschagne is great Australian player and captain of Hyderabad Kingsmen didn't win any match for his team. These teams player's are inexperienced that the major reasons of their losses in this session, i hope they will comeback in next matches. Multan Sultan is top position on point table by winning four matches out of five with 8 points, Karachi kings is on second position by winning back to back three matches with 6 point. Tomorrow an important match of Hyderabad Kingsmen against Peshawar Zalami and in this match i think Peshawar Zalmi is favorite to win this because Hyderabad Kingsmen is bottom position on point table.

A player who belongs to the small city of Pakistan Shikarpur's poorest side wants to play at Green Jersey and for this, he has to face a lot of difficulties.

In 2021, in the PSL season 6, he made 81 over 50 in his debut match. But the next time, no franchise picked him so he went to UAE and played domestic cricket and small cricket there and then he was picked by a team at BBL after this PSL also wanted to try him and in the last season he made the fastest century ever in PSL 9 history and in top scorer his position is second after Babar Azam.

After doing, this good performance in PSL then PCB wants to see him in thier national team and then he was also selected for Kakul Camp training and now he is training there and left the contract between him and Dubai Cricket. Now he wants to play in Green Jersey and this player name is Usman Khan.

This story is very inspiring. Coming from a poor region, facing so many difficulties and still managing to stand out shows great determination. His performance in the PSL proves that he has talent and deserves this opportunity. Now it's about taking advantage of this chance with the national team and continuing to work hard to achieve his dream of wearing the green jersey of Pakistan.

Peshawar Zalmi played only two games so far, while even Multan Sultan played 5 matches and are on the top of the table but so far the previous performance of Peshawar Zalmi was magical. In fact Peshawar played just a single game because their second match against Islamabad United was covered in rain so let's see this time what will they do. Yeh schedule were so unbalance and awful as a single team Multan got four of thier matches in a single week while Peshawar zalmi hasn't get a single and they has to wait a week in order to play his next matches, I don't actually get the the logic behind it. Anyways Peshawar zalmi one of my favorites team after a long wait of a week will play his important match against Hyderabad, it's true that currently Hyderabad is in huge trouble and will be under pressure due to previous results and undoubtedly holding bottom of the table too, hope so results will not decided on toss and both team will show huge resistance.

They are like this when their bowlers did not show their performance. If they bowled a little strike then maybe they could have put Multan Sultan team under pressure. If we look at the bowling then the target that Rawalpindi team made together was achieved by some of these players of Multan Sultan team because their team which shows great performance in every match also some players are mentioned in this match like Sahibzada Farhan and Josh Philippe both of them gave great support in this match also not in this match but in every match these two players have been showing good performance.

Pakistan super league criteria has been changed because before we saw PSL at top because of best bowling attack of Pakistan league and now we are watching most of the matches in which all teams are giving 200+ target and I think problem is in the pitcher which has no swing and players can hit easily.

Rawalpindiz cricket team gave a low target in this match and if they want to win next matches they have to dominate on opponent team and if they will not dominant they will lose next matches and they will be out of the tournament because they lose back to back 4 matches in this season. Amir is not looking in form because he heard name of Amir due to champions trophy now he is looking like dead because he could not defend 224 runs which is very bad for that team.

I am not sure what exactly happened, but Warner returning to Australia "to be with his family" after a handful of matches was really weird. In case he wants to leave PSL, then he can just pull out and pay the damages. What is the need to go to jail? All these rumours doesn't sound logical. But I will wait until I get some statement from the PCB, and more importantly from Warner himself.

Well, yesterday was a break in the PSL, and now today we are having a great game between Peshawar Zalmi and Hyderabad Kingsmen.
Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and they are fielding first.

Now it is the time for PSL to move to a different pitch, with different conditions. So far in the previous games, we have seen many ups and downs, but the thing was that we only had a single pitch. Now the tournament is also reaching out, but still no crowd is equal to less enjoyment and no real sound in the stadium.

Peshawar Zalmi have to do good bowling today especially not that they are bowling first, because Maaz Sadaqat and Saim Ayub is so good and playing greatly in the previous matches yeah I think it is all about their luck that they are continuously losing the games but that's an different topic, the team needs to work together and always preform plan b if plan A is not being executed. At the same time, Peshawar Zalmi have wonderful young bowlers, and Ali Raza is a good bowler, so Peshawar utilized their bowling attack in the power play to take wickets and build momentum early.

Iftikhar Ahmed has a career-best spell with 4 wickets on just 34. HHK has another worst start for HHK, but now they are back on track through Marnus Labuschagne and Kusal Perera, who both added 82 runs in 9 overs.

This partnership brought a good lifeline in this game after the early worst start of HHK Peshawar Zalmi chased 214 into their early game against Pindiz just because of this. HHK still needed more effort in the last 6 overs because they were looking for their first win in their debut season after having 3 early losses. Karachi usually has high-scoring games from here if they added 60 to 70 more runs, this could give a good total to defend with good bowling also needed.

It is the Karachi pitch and so far the score made by Hyderabad Kingsman is not so good, no matter you are analysing the target with what kind of mindset , yeah in this Karachi pitch, I hope they should have scored upto to 170 or 185 but they could only make 148 runs. At the same time in this pitch, it is not hard to chase, but at the same time Seamers enjoy bowling here with the new ball, providing an essential and great swing, which is why Peshawar Zalmi also had some early wickets, but only Kusal Perera showed some resistance and he was the top scorer with 58 runs.

Well they couldn't have bowled well. Today PZ bowled really nice and set a target of 146 for themselves by restricting Hyderabad on 145 and that's good bowling in my opinion. Right now PZ require 61 runs on 48 balls as I write this and I think the match is well in control and will be an easy win for Zalmi if they do not fumble hard in the coming overs and try to strike without giving a wicket.

Yeah, in Pakistan Super League the energetic game between and Peshawar Zalmi and Hyderabad Kingsman was to be seen and Peshawar conscistentaly showing quality cricket and defeated Hyderabad by 4 wickets. Hyderabad opens inning first with Saim Ayub and Mazz Sadadqat and both the openers  was in a good batting form and showing their class and Mazz played a very knock of 17 runs but Saim just scores 14 runs and  in middle order Kusal Parera is in good form and showing a very powerful hitting by scoring 58 runs and also Labushagne paying his role by scoring 27 runs and at the end of the innings Hyderabad  set a normal target of 146 runs.

 Peshawar Zalmi opens inning with Babar Azam and Muhammad Haris and among the openers Babar was in good touch and gives a very powerful start to the team by scoring 43 runs but Haris just scores 11 and in middle order Kusal Mendis trying well for run chase and played a good innings of 27 runs and also Michael Bracwell played a aggressive innings and paying his responsibility by scoring 25 runs and Peshawar chase the target successfully and won the game
