I think Islamabad United's top order and early middle order had to think about the fact that the target was high and they were not taking it seriously, playing slowly, which is totally against the format and rules when it comes to a do or die game. They also had to take pressure about the critical game, but they were relaxed, that is the main reason when you are not taking the game seriously, the other one who takes it seriously wins it, and today's game is the best example of this statement.

Yeh Islamabad batting order irresponsible behavior and lack of exhaling pressure at crucial situation cost them that expensive defeat of the tournament, it's true that when it come to do or die situation thier has been always mounting pressure when it comes to last over especially for tail under regardless of required to win and that's where they chocked against shah's brother phenomenal deliveries and thus Hyderabad become the very first team of the tournament after Islamabad to qualify for final at very first season and have huge chances to lift the trophy too.

Islamabad United were eliminated from the Pakistan Super League after losing by two runs in the Second Eliminator match. Although the drama of the last over played a role in the victory in this match, especially Hasnain's last over, which was given away for just three runs, was able to take an important wicket for Faheem Ashraf. Although Mohammad Ali bowled an over in the 19th over for one run and it seemed that Islamabad United would win that over, but Islamabad United, who failed to bat in the last over, lost the match even though two batsmen, Imad Wasim and Chris Green, remained unbeaten.

Congratulations to HHK for reaching psl final and now they will compete PZ team in final game. HHK team had very poor start to league but their excellent teamwork, determination and strong efforts helped them reach final. It will be exciting to see how HHK performs against PZ and PZ is not weak team but HHK recent efforts and wins will definitely put some pressure on them. Today close game was played between IU team and HHK team. HHK batsmen set 186 runs target in 20 overs by losing 5 wickets. In last of inning, Usman batsmen helped alot team to win this game and he scored 61 runs in 30 balls and orher batsmen Kusal batted with Usman and he scored 37 runs. IU team failed to beat HHK team by 2 runs and lost this important game and eliminated from league. Hunain bowler helped team to win game by taking 2 wickets in 4 overs and gave 37 runs.

The Semi Final game between HHk and IU was very unpredictable until the last ball and what game that is and the Winner of this game is Hyderabad which actualy deserving this reward. Hyderabad opens innings first and Murnus Labushagne played defensively and build the track for power hitter batters and in middle order Usman Khan was in very brilliant form and played a very aggressive and a winning knock and put a remarkable half century and also Kusal Parera played well and Hyderabad ends the innings with a strong and defending target.
Islamabad Uniteds top order seems to be struggled in this game no doubt Devon Conway played a best knock and in middle order Mark Chapman was in brilliant form and make the game very rationally and the other batters also put efforts and the game comes closer to end but the last over is very and in this over United don't perform well and eliminated.

HHK won the eliminator 2 just because of Hunain Shah last over. Shah not only removed the danger man Faheem Ashraf but also didn't allowed Chris Green and Imad Wasim to score runs. IU were just one big shot away from winning the match and credit goes to shah for not allowing IU to play that winning shot. The target given by HHK was not a big one but they still shomehow defended that target. The stage is all set for the final of PSL and tomorrow we will see who will win the PSL 2026. PZ has shown good performance throughout the tournament and HHK is also in good form that is why its difficult to predict who the winner will be.

Yeah, it was 6 runs over 6 balls, but the last over was mind blowing, the batsman didn't understand where and how to hit the ball. The match was not only lost due to the top order's poor performance but also because of the team's bowling performance. Gleeson, Mirza, and Ashraf gave away a high score in 4 overs, which gave a plus point to Hyderabad. They were already under huge pressure, neither their batsmen nor their bowlers did their duty, and Hyderabad, who was on a winning streak, took complete advantage of it..

This match was played between the Hyderabad team and the Islamabad team, in which the Hyderabad team got the opportunity to played a good game, in which they set a target of 186 runs for their opponent team, they kept their batting strong. From their team, Usman Khan has made 61 runs while strengthening his wicket and has not been out. rest of the players have also proved their runs well. They have also increased the target, which is a good thing for a team. Their opponent team kept their batting strong and chased the target and scored 184 runs, which proves that they were a little stronger and could have achieved the target if they had stayed, but it did not happen. Islamabad United lost yesterday because of one batsman, especially Shadab Khan as captain, who batted irresponsibly. It is normal to have to bat aggressively, especially against a target of 187 runs, but instead of batting aggressively, he batted defensively, which set the stage for defeat.
Where aggressive batting is required, Shadab Khan has put up a reckless batting performance of 22 runs off 24 balls. I will not blame any other batsman but only Shadab Khan as the captain because if he had had an innings of 40 runs off 24 balls, Islamabad United could have easily won.

Last night it was a totally outstanding victory for the team of Hyderabad Kingsmen, the way at the end Hunain Shah did wonderfully, it was totally unexpected. If we break it down from the scratch first of all he had to defend 6 on 6, it was an hard task and since the first ball was dot on the second one batsman got the single and then Faheem Ashraf came to the strike.

It was looking very hard that time for Hyderabad Kingsmen to beat United but still Hunain Shah did not lose the hopes and even though on the forth ball he got Faheem Ashraf too, later on at the last ball he had to defend four runs and he did his best which results in excellent way for Kingsmen.

Actually every team dreams of playing the final but in the end two teams qualify for the final. We have seen that PSZ performed well in this tournament and reached the final and they lost only 1 match. Although HYDK did not start well but they performed well towards the end and reached the final, so HYDK team cannot be considered a very weak opponent. Since this is the final match I expect this match to be very competitive. But I want to keep PSZ ahead and I want to bet on PSZ. Let's see which team becomes the champions.

If we look at scorecard of Hyderabad team then only three batsmen were able to score runs in double figure. It is an important game for Hyderabad team but they failed to bat well in this crucial game. The game is still not over because we have seen some good bowling from Hyderabad bowlers. In four overs, Zalmi score is 39 runs and they have lost 3 wickets including the big wickets of Babar and Mendis.

Actually, everyone knew in advance that Hyderabad Kingsmen would lose this match, but we didn't expect them to show such a poor batting performance. And I was hoping that Hyderabad Kingsmen would be able to get close to at least 150 runs, but luckily Saim Ayub was able to score 54 runs, otherwise I don't think Hyderabad Kingsmen would have been able to cross 80 runs.
However, in the end, the final match of the Pakistan Super League was essentially a one-sided match without any excitement, and the wrong title went to the wrong hands.

Yes, you are right Peshawar Zalmi is amazing performance so far in this tournament so far and they are hot favourite now to win championship of PSL this session. Hyderabad Kingsmen disappointed batting performance in the most important match of PSL and they only score 129 runs in first inning of the match. After smashing a four in the first two balls, on the third ball Muhammad Haris got out, and the real surprise really comes when the next ball, when Babar Azam came out, it made them feel even more disappointed and under pressure to  the Zalmi players. But later on, there was another controversy in the out of  Kusdal Mendis, he was run out. In fact, it was a misunderstanding between Hardie and Kusal Mendis. It was so close, but the umpire checked it on the big screen and we got good results.

So, final match of Pakistan Super League competition was played today and Peshawar Zalmi and Hyderabad Kingsmen squad qualified for this final fight. Hyderabad Kingsmen top order batters performed better than their middle order and bottom order batters. and their chances of losing had increased significantly by end of their inning. However, When Peshawar Zalmi started their inning badly and it seemed Hyderabad might still have possibility to win. But target was too low if it had been around 160 or 170 than Hyderabad Kingsmen squad might have won. Abdul Samad  and Aaron Hardie  batters played impressive batting inning and both were top scorer of this match and collected 56 and 48 scores respectively. Aaron Hardie played crucial in bowling as well and he managed to pick up 4 significant wickets. With 5 wickets and 28 deliveries, Peshawar Zalmi squad successfully emerged final victory and won 11th season Trophy.

Because they were in a very bad situation at the beginning where they lost their first four matches in a row. And in most tournaments in such a situation, it is seen that the team is eliminated in the first round but here Hyderabad Kingsmen have performed well from the fifth match till the last.
