Like Shiba and Doge for example.
I knew about Doge in 2015 and the price was really profitable even in small margin so trading Dogecoin in that day was really good for me considering the price wasn't that high compared to today. So I would say Dogecoin is still favorite meme coin, even though for now I don't want to invest in meme coins again. Sure you could get high reward from it but it comes with the high risk as well, so it's not for me. Its clearly that in our days the MEME Coins have a great potential to make really good money in a bullmarket.
It's mostly because of the influencers' posts on social media so people starts doing around based on this posts.

I was always a gem seeker, you know how it is with this low mcaps. They are x100, ×1000 or zero. Since many years I invested in many coins, started with BTC and ETH like all of us and then some meme coins went with booming profits! Like Shiba and Doge for example.
But I am sure that from 100 that kind of coin, probably the only 1that we get it worthier. However about meme coins, the era seem to be ended, has ended. So what to expect more again? We know how Doge is right now, whatever the good news supports, the price will probably not rise up like previously in their ATH. This is too difficult. Although it is possible that one day, the meme coin will rise up very high again, it is waiting for something without any fundamentals. So, this is likely gambling that we seem to bet in which one will grow up very high because we don't know each one.

there is nothing called meme coin honestly if we are being honest, there's only which meme coin could gives us profit in the long run if from my 2 cents, I'd never favour meme coin since they are basically the same thing. but I'd say if there's meme coin that's just quite recently surfaced and have the potential of generating multiple folds of profits then that'd be my favourite coins and I'd be eager to invest into that meme coin.

Recently i have bought FLOKI https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/flokiThis had been the trend searches whether on CMC or CG which you could even see on Elons Tweet about it. It did really rose up in past 2 days and reaching out easy ROI and this isnt really bad to make out some considerations for long term hold. Just like on SHIB or BABYDOGE i should say.

I am more of the guy that looks for some projects with limited supply, of course you cant find all of this in one project.
The question would be what is your favourite coin now? Which meme Coins do you guys invest in now? Would be very interesting to know your opinion.
Many Meme tokens have sprung up in the previous year or two, but few have lasted. Most of the Meme tokens are only listed on the Dex exchange so the rate. very low liquidity. One of them that still survives well is the Shiba Inu which has a high trading volume. Yes, of course if interested in Meme tokens, it would be nice if we buy Shiba Inu. Basically that's because not a lot of people were interested to a meme coin that bares more risk than investing to an alt that has a real case value which doesn't only base on hype solely. Putting your money on a meme coin that has yet to make a sound in the crypto market are like betting on a lottery and hoping you'll be lucky enough to see a Shiba-like popularity, hype, and pump. Well, that's not gonna be an easy quest though.

FLOKI has been pumping hard during the previous two days but this kind of pump cannot last long, as FLOKI already had a high market cap so the money needed to pump it is massive and the higher its market cap grows the more money is needed for the coin to keep pumping. So if anyone was already holding some FLOKI this seems like the moment to sell and not buy, as I imagine the dump will be even harder than the pump and once a coin crashes it can takes years for you to recover your money, if you are lucky enough to recover it since most meme coins are eventually replaced by a newer meme coin.

That type of risk on something that is based on a meme itself is not really a smart decision. Doge was basically the name of the meme, and shiba was the type of dog the meme was based on, hell there was floki that was based on the shiba dog that elon musk owns. All of these made no sense, of course there are other projects which are not based on meme and still failed, there is no denying that. But that doesn't mean that we should be taking this type of risk, doesn't really make any sense at all. I personally prefer a situation where I could end up making some sort of money based on a project that actually promises me something solid, maybe that will fail too but at least I would be looking at a roadmap that is serious and not based on a joke.

I am not a fan of these meme coins as I don't see long tern growth in them or giving returns to the holders but have managed to gain some quick profits out some of them like doge and Shiba back in hype time but exist the market with little profits only because I know they will collapse soon dumping your investments in them.So best is if you can take quick profits but for long term investment purposes it's not good at all.

- Many meme coins have hit the market today, and almost all of them claim to follow in the footsteps of Dogecoin and Shiba inu.
Just like Dogecoin, I have seen many dogecoin utilities that have come out, please correct me if these are Doge utilities, one of them is Dogelon, Babydoge, and the others are Bonk, Shibarium, Bone, Leash, and just a few which can give us a good profit in the future in my opinion.

Not only meme coins but even top altcoins don't deserve to be considered as a long-term investment, in the long run, bitcoin is the only option. I'm not a fan of memes or altcoins, rather I'm not a fan of anyone's, but as long as it's profitable for me, I won't ignore it. We are here to make a profit, so as long as they have the potential to give us profit, then we should invest. For me, bitcoin is long-term, and shitcoin is short-term, I don't hate anyone.

They can only make a profit if they are PR'd on social media. That's the only way meme-coins grow in value. When there is a hype in social networks and some big influencers constantly mention a particular coin, it attracts more and more hunters for easy profits, but mostly they all just lose money on meme koins. Perhaps FLOKI and BONK might do well in the foreseeable future.

The only memecoin which seems to have potential of survival on long term is DOGE, due to it being a classical altcoin from the early years of crypto environment. Just like Bitcoin is the original source of every cryptos, DOGE could be said to be the original source of every memecoins, so it has indeed an extra weight on the category of cryptocurrencies it's inserted. I believe other memecoins are moved only by hypes, which are temporary, therefore being very risky and volatile investments that can crash to the bottom without warnings.

It's meme for a reason. If Doge has like a serious logo of being just a dog logo and not just that Shiba breed that you see in the internet, it surely would not count anymore as a meme coin. Meme coins exist because of how internet treats it just like any other memes you see in the internet. We all know that meme coins are not favorable in the long-term due to its short-term hype only that is not going to be well for long-term holders. I never fancied myself holding meme coins, though back then I had the thoughts of buying one because it is "popular" and it could be "fun".

But to identify like that is a difficult thing in my opinion especially since many meme coins are new and have no clear direction and are only made for Ponzi schemes. Talking about the potential for basic things like what we can see as an indication that the meme coin has great potential because to be honest I can't do that, if it's limited to reading fundamentals in my opinion it can be engineered by developers to attract attention. So far, what has been going quite well is Shib Dan Doge and it still has quite a large market capitalization and the development is also quite impressive. I guess have no other choice than many meme coins other than those two.

Obviously DOGE is the absolute OG, around & still thriving after so many years but my favourite is SHIB. I’m sure there will be others that will surface & become very popular in the next bull run. I just wish they could have some of their supply cap burned because both have near endless supply. What makes bitcoin so good is the 21M supply cap. These meme coins could do better with a smaller supply.
I'd suggest you consider Garlicoin which is a "meme" coin with a limited supply of only 69 million units. It's even scarcer than Litecoin, yet it's trading at $0.01 on the market. Imagine if GRLC becomes a big hit like DOGE or SHIB someday. It could reacb a very high market price, making many early adopters filthy rich. Of course, it's not about the price but rather the usefulness of a coin. There are so many "meme" coins on the market, but most of them bring no real use cases to the world. They're purely-speculative investments if you ask me. If you know how to play your cards right, then "meme" coins are for you. Otherwise, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. Who knows if Dogecoin ends up being the sole survivor in the "meme" coins space? Just my thoughts

Well maybe there was a reason we seen Floki Inu pumping. I did not buy any of them but this is the reason I think we seen so many gains from this project. It now has a strategic marketing partnership with Real Madrid football club for home games. https://cryptonews.net/news/altcoins/20611145/

I still like DOGE, it was an honest joke, and nothing wrong with it. All others are just trying to repeat DOGE's success, and that's funny, because as soon as DOGE reached $0.7 it dropped and can't climb back, and I don't think it ever will.

That is an interesting performance from a meme coin and I could smell hype on it making the price rise like that because honestly, it is beyond expectation and anyone who can see its performance could really think there is something wrong - a sort of price manipulation. We already know the risk we got in this kind of trick, it was good for early investors but for those who just invest lately, that is too risky and possibly lose their money if they will hold.
