It's good that you are aware of what you are doing. Many just throw their money into such investments and end up losing their money.
You at least know you have to do something different in order to grab an audience. This shows you are going on the right path.
All you have to do is keep digging this and get the motive behind making your site.
I would suggest start from few games and grab your target audience first and then think about a larger scope of games.

If you can't code your own casino, then don't even bother. If you are going to buy the script from someone else, then they will be ripping you off with the maintenance fees and they will be the secret partner of your business.

If you can code your own casino, then you must be a hell of a coder because you will attract all kinds of exploiters, hackers, cheaters and everytime you get hacked you will have to patch that shit up. Sometimes you won't even understand how they hacked your website and that's where your problems will start.

Long story short, I think it is not worth it.

A traditional crypto casino or those centralized ones, doesn't always needs a license and I think license is the only thing that will cause you a lot but the rest can just be done on hand if we already have a skill or talent. I am not sure if decentralized is the best option because why centralized platforms are still dominating up to this date?
