i have two very good domains and im trying to collect as much info as i can  about opening crypto gaming website that not require kyc and makes instant withdrawals.
First i was thinking about bitcoin crash game only - like bustabit but better, like adding bonuses and more crypto deposit and withdrawal options, more modem UI, But since im not a developer and can't write anything i want "like wake up in the morning and oh let's write best crypto exchange app" haha ,so i have to buy ready made script or hire developer and it would cost me thousands if not more

If you don't want to ask your players to submit KYC then I guess this is a non-licensed casino. We all know that licensed casino must require KYC if that's what you want to run. Anyway, welcome to the forum and what cryptocurrencies will you accept and do you bave a team or you run the casino yourself. If you did it alone then that's lot of work to do. Honestly speaking all you need is a good IT team and a good understanding between you and them, have a good contract with them before you start. You do not need to be a developer to bring the next big idea. All these wealthy guys are not from IT background. You need to be a businessman to be in the business.

I always say that before launching any site the owner should have at least a basic knowledge of running a site like basic Cpanel this is important because casinos are competitive niches, you can hire a developer or buy a script but if you have zero knowledge you will end losing your business from bugs and hacking, good online business is not only about hiring the right people. it includes knowing the basic of the business, especially casinos.

You need to be sure of what you really want in your casino once the work started you cannot back down because it already cost you a lot, do a feasibility study and talk to experts you need to be guided because like what I said online casinos is a very competitive industry.

If you can't code your own casino, then don't even bother. If you are going to buy the script from someone else, then they will be ripping you off with the maintenance fees and they will be the secret partner of your business.

If you can code your own casino, then you must be a hell of a coder because you will attract all kinds of exploiters, hackers, cheaters and everytime you get hacked you will have to patch that shit up. Sometimes you won't even understand how they hacked your website and that's where your problems will start.

Long story short, I think it is not worth it.

Don't waste your time and money if you are not 100% sure and you are not back with all the knowledge on how to operate a casino, give yourself the time you must develop insight and basic knowledge on how to operate a casino's back end.

They don’t have license but they have 3rd party games that you mention on your original post. They will surely perform good because they have same games with other top tier casino and they just lacked the license. IIRC their license is already on process with Curacao last year but I don’t have any updates regarding this. I’m not player of this casino but it’s just absurd to play on non-license casino while they have a random KYC requirement at some point for AML policy.

It’s delusional to think that you can steady profit without paying any monthly fees for your casino operation. Even top casino spends millions of dollar just for their marketing excluding the operation cost. It's good that you are aware of what you are doing. Many just throw their money into such investments and end up losing their money.
You at least know you have to do something different in order to grab an audience. This shows you are going on the right path.
All you have to do is keep digging this and get the motive behind making your site.
I would suggest start from few games and grab your target audience first and then think about a larger scope of games.

When I first read your post, I immediately thought that you are a developer, but instead, you are looking for Devs. One thing that is good about you OP is that you know what you are doing and planning.

As long as you continue to do what you want to do when entering the crypto gambling industry, as long as you don't know how to gamble, then before you start, always prioritize the legal ways, then transparency and your good offer bonuses for gamblers will play on the gambling platform.
