I still don't get why people still play on random, obscure casinos that don't have that much online presence then complains about it on this forum. This doesn't make any sense. If you have that mucb money to spend on, you'd probably look for a casino that is highly trustworthy that won't take your money away. There are tons of trusted casino platforms here in the forum that will not scam you and would even be willing to provide you with bonuses just to make sure you had a good time. I created account there, verified it first, then i made deposit of 744usdt, after some gambling i won there on sportsbetting and made withdrawal of 966usdt which was successful, it made me belive site is legit so i gambled some more, successfully withdrawed 870usd more and after that they blocked my account for no reason with 3600usdt on it and said i violated their terms and conditions (which i didnt) when i asked how did i violated it they didnt answer. When i asked how can i withdraw my money, they said i cant because i violated their tac. They blocked my access to livechat and dont respond to my emails.

I checked the platform and I can not find such casino presence here and sorry to say this it might likely be difficult for this platform to communicate them as there seems not to be any representative here speaking on their behalf. Nevertheless, you updating the platform about this casino is really of great importance just like the previous poster has said because it will help us not to fall into their traps when we come  across the casino. They are not popular so there there is very little opportunity that your funds will be released since they do not have any body here who could stand as a mediator. Lastly, you did not present any evidence to back up your claims. Who knows if what you are saying here is the truth. You might be blackmailing the casino without our knowledge and also, people might think you are paid to do so. So therefore it would be nice you present evidence so the platform could see your seriousness about your complaint.

It seems it's a paid reviews so their site will look more legit to attract many gamblers. But if we look deeply on these 1% complaints, the accusations are similar because this site used to blocked their players without a valid reason stating they broke the rules.

I think it's a style of gambling casino to suddenly block the account of their clients who deposit a large amount on their platform. If you look at this kind of activity, it gives gamblers anxiety when a new casino appears here in the crypto space.

Even if they have an ann thread here but if they are proven to be a scam, then they won't still reply to the complaints of the users. There are scam casino here who reply but they are only defending their site and lie that they are not a scammer. It was still useless but maybe their ann threads will get closed down and their representatives will be banned by the moderators later on. An awareness post like this is great to help newbies avoid this site but for us experienced users, we can easily dodge sites like this.

To scam is not about being popular or not. Just take a look at 1xbit. They are now famous but they are still scamming.

Can’t see their thread as well and there’s no representative from this site so probably its a real scam site and their reviews looks like a paid one. OP is not responding anymore, maybe he already accepted what happened to his money because that is already unrecoverable because the site is a scam, there are other issues as well with the site. Lesson learned, never rely to a single review site try to search more and know if its worth to try or better to go to the top site that offers the same betting option.

It is a nice looking site, but you have to deal with a license from Curacao. everyone knows nowadays that licenses are not worth much anymore and are certainly not protection for the players. Many players, of course, think differently about this. It seems to be a unique platform with unique content, and very attractive to players. You just can't trust the trust pilot anymore because people leaving reviews there can be paid to give good review and bad reviews to their competitors.

There's no way that they should have disabled your account just after withdrawing and then verifying it based on what you've said.

This is really a sad news and I really do feel sorry for you and I was still wondering why they would even block you from livechat even without getting to answer you or even bother to explain to you how you violated their terms and conditions.
This news are becoming so conversant with casinos and this is really a sad and bad one and I think you should act very fast before it gets too late and most times it is also nice to read reviews on trustpilot and about the any casino before getting involved with it.
