Hello,

I want to share my bad experience with online casino cbet.gg.
I created account there, verified it first, then i made deposit of 744usdt, after some gambling i won there on sportsbetting and made withdrawal of 966usdt which was successful, it made me belive site is legit so i gambled some more, successfully withdrawed 870usd more and after that they blocked my account for no reason with 3600usdt on it and said i violated their terms and conditions (which i didnt) when i asked how did i violated it they didnt answer. When i asked how can i withdraw my money, they said i cant because i violated their tac. They blocked my access to livechat and dont respond to my emails.

This is really bad and I can also relate with how bad you could be feeling now and just as the previous user has already said, I think it will be more better you try to contact their team over here on the forum if they have any profile or representative over here.
And I think you should also provide more of proves and evidence to the things you said because this things has also become a thread with some new casinos blocking users for no definite reason possibly because they're lucky with their gaming and maybe making more of profit and the next thing is for the casino to block their account and tag them rile breakers even without pointing out what rule they actually broke. I checked Trustpilot and go for only the 1 star reviews which are bad reviews, it started from October 27th, 2022 and most were in 2023. Probably the site has gone bad and you should not use the site again.

There's a lot of bad reviews with that site, too bad you didn't check their reputation before trying their platform.
Probably they allow you to withdraw at first so you can trust them, I don't know but if the site is legit they should tell the reason on banning you.

Too late for this, OP should visit that review site first before making any huge deposit.
This site is a scam, and better to avoid it at all cost. OP still managed to withdraw some funds and i don’t know if the scammed money is a new deposit or came from a profit. Anyway, regardless of its source its already gone, and it will be hard to recover because the site is not responding and they have no plan to resolve all the issues on their platform.

Even if they have an ann thread here but if they are proven to be a scam, then they won't still reply to the complaints of the users. There are scam casino here who reply but they are only defending their site and lie that they are not a scammer. It was still useless but maybe their ann threads will get closed down and their representatives will be banned by the moderators later on. An awareness post like this is great to help newbies avoid this site but for us experienced users, we can easily dodge sites like this.

It is a nice looking site, but you have to deal with a license from Curacao. everyone knows nowadays that licenses are not worth much anymore and are certainly not protection for the players. This is really a sad news and I really do feel sorry for you and I was still wondering why they would even block you from livechat even without getting to answer you or even bother to explain to you how you violated their terms and conditions.

I was wondering too because OP has stated that he asked them why they blocked OP account but they did not respond to op which shows that they are upto something and I was thinking too maybe OP defaulted somewhere on their casino policy but for them not to give op any tangible reasons for their actions speaks of great volume than we think.
